Technicalreality 

I recently just bought a new Asus dark hero motherboard and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with the technical reality team!

Everyone was super nice and any concerns I had with delivery etc were all answered quickly and correctly.

The prices are really competitive and everything arrived fast and in perfect condition. I would 100% recommend to anybody!

First-time buyer.
Although I never got my delivery because of a stupid DPD driver who just left it in a communal area, and it got stolen (or he just lost it, who knows...), I cannot leave less than 5 stars.
Technicalreality faced the issue head on (especially George was very patient with me), and in the end I got a full refund.
The whole process took about a week, but that's understandable as the item in question was over £250, and they had to wait for DPD investigation to conclude.
Although I never got my item, I can 100% recommend the company, and I will certainly buy from them in the future.

Unlike Vampi with their 1-star review here, I understand that unless a company doesn't claim doing "in-house" deliveries, it would be really unfair to give any rating based on a delivery experience (as they got nothing to do with it - especially when bought from Amazon, my experience was quite the exact opposite, perhaps because I shopped directly, IDK). What I can rate tho is the way a company approaches a problem if there is one - on this front TechnicalReality was great, hence 5 stars.

I bought an item from Technical Reality via Amazon. My delivery was meant to arrive by 8pm. I waited all day and just at 8pm the delivery status changed to “Now Expected by 14 March. If you have not received your package by 14 March, you can come back here next day and ask for a refund”

No a single communication from Technical Reality via sms, a call or email to clarify the status of the delivery or simply to confirm they have cancelled the delivery and I wouldn’t receive the parcel. All the information I obtain was me calling Amazon customer service.

During the ordeal I was told the following as motives why I didn’t receive the item;
• Item damaged in transit.
• Vehicle damaged.
• Lost in transit.
• Order cancelled by merchant
In the meantime Technical Reality had the same item I bought from them still available on their Amazon shop, however sold at a much higher price.

Whatever was the reason above I can’t comprehend why Technical Reality didn’t arrange a new delivery with the same item as they have it in stock. Is that even legal?

Awful experience which I don’t wish anyone to pass through it. A total lack of empathy or consideration to customers.
