I joined here as a trainer 2 days back to teach data engineering to one of their student. What the hiring team told me you just complete the course and wrap it as soon as possible. So they don't care about the student learning they just care about to complete the course and I don't know they are legit or not in my LMS(where we used to teach) it was showing my salary as 50000 but they were only providing me 20000 also the student also was fake according to me. They were trying to record my video and will use it for future reference.

Totally a fake platform.

DISAPPOINTING TENANT ACCESS AND TRAINING

I am sharing this based on my personal experience with TechPratham’s Workday training. Please do proper due diligence before investing your hard-earned money.

⚠️ TENANT ACCESS ISSUES: The tenant access provided to me was unreliable and, in my experience, was usable for barely two days. After that, I encountered access and functionality issues and was given explanations about tenant limitations. For Workday training, where hands-on practice is essential, this is unacceptable.

⚠️ DISAPPOINTING TRAINING: I expected real-time implementation knowledge. Instead, much of the training felt limited to basics.

⚠️ MY SERIOUS CONCERNS: When students pay substantial fees expecting professional training and dependable tenant access, they deserve transparency, accountability, and the services they were promised. My experience has left me deeply disappointed and raises serious concerns about the training and access commitments made to students.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend TechPratham’s Workday training without independently verifying its training quality and tenant access arrangements.

I recently completed the Agentic AI training at TechPratham Training & Development, and overall, it was a really good learning experience. The training covered important concepts around Agentic AI, practical applications, and how these technologies can be used in real-world scenarios.

What I liked most was the practical approach to the training. The concepts were explained clearly, and I was able to understand how different AI tools and frameworks work rather than just learning the theory.

The trainers were supportive and answered my questions whenever I needed clarification. The overall learning environment was also comfortable and professional.

I would recommend TechPratham to anyone looking to build or improve their skills in Agentic AI, especially if you prefer learning through practical examples and structured training.

I have recently completed Workday HCM certification through this institute. And I would not recommend anyone to join this course through this institute. They make all fake promises before joining the course that they would give tenant access for 6months and they have hardly given it only till the training is finished, that's for 2 months. Full training is also unfinished because of the tenant
they also promised for placement support- they send some jobs and you will never hear back from them after sending your profile. This certification doesn't hold much value for money you paid.I will never recommend joining here.

Be aware Bhavesh who is one of the founder he is the worst person i have ever seen. he is doing business on fake good reviews

I enrolled in two batches, expecting genuine hands-on Workday implementation training and reliable tenant access. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different.

The tenant/access did not work properly and, in my experience, was usable for barely 2 days. For Workday training, where hands-on practice is essential, this is a serious issue.

The training was also extremely disappointing. There was very little real-time implementation knowledge, troubleshooting exposure, or practical project experience. Much of the training felt like basic screen navigation — something anyone can learn from YouTube without paying substantial training fees.

I also found the trainer support and technical depth far below what I expected from a professional Workday training institute.

I have retained screenshots, communications, and other evidence related to my experience.

My strong advice: DO NOT PAY based only on marketing, placement promises, or attractive brochures. Verify the tenant yourself, speak to existing students, check the trainer's actual implementation experience, and confirm exactly what hands-on access you will receive.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend TechPratham for Workday training.

Please compare alternatives such as Trainers Squad and Zaran Tech and do your own verification before making a decision.
Workday implementation requires real hands-on exposure — not just navigation. Protect your hard-earned money.

Bhavesh is fraud Guy, he makes lots of fake promise about workday job support after the course.. Save your money. Based on my personal experience, I don't recommend this institute, especially for the Workday HCM course. Before enrolling, verify the trainer's Workday certification and LinkedIn profile. Don't rely on promises alone.
Also, don't pay more than ₹22,000 until you've verified everything.

I took my course on Workday from Tech Pratham this year and my overall experience was not good. Time and again I have faced issue for my tenant access which is not fixed as of now.

I will recommend everyone to look for better teaching platforms. There is not much practical approach in their workday teaching + almost no job assistance.
