Professional and Informative. They answered all questions and requests I had promptly, politely and clearly. The program is very informative and teaches you not only how to teach English but great ways to teach in general. I'd recommend this course to all teachers not just TEFL aspiring teachers.

This was a great affordable course that I would recommend for anybody like me looking for a career change into TEFL. My only complaint was that my assignments kept on being flagged as AI generated, something I'm very against. AI checkers are very inaccurate and the company really should use a different one or scrap it altogether. Whilst responses were fast, the only reply I got to this issue was 'write a few paragraphs to explain how you wrote this'.

A good experience
Asif, my tutor has been polite and helpful throughout the course with specific and detailed feedback. The flexibility of the online course really helps out in planning and scheduling time. The content as well was quite relevant.
One thing which can be worked upon, would be 'the two-way' communication process, for doubts and queries, within the portal itself (instead of discord).

I am fully satisfied with the course…
I am fully satisfied with the course content and structure. It was practical and structured in a way that was easy to understand. Online classes gave me much benefits , especially when I delivered the presentations.
Apart from the above, The TEFL Org whole team is supportive. Whenever I needed,I asked and I had been informed, instructed and guided.

Rigorous and Engaging
The course was quite rigorous and very engaging. The coursework required that I play close attention to instruction and definitely notetaking was essential (for me).

Study progress reveted several times
My husband is taking 120 hours.online tefl cource.
I am extremely disappointed with the technical support at The TEFL Org. For the past several days, he has been unable to finish his course because his learning progress keeps reverting to a previous state.
He has tried everything on my end:
clearing cache, using different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge), and even using Incognito mode. Nothing works.
What’s worse is the complete lack of communication. I have tried reaching out via phone and text multiple times, but I have received zero response. This is unacceptable for a paid certification course, especially when he has a strict deadline to meet.
If this issue is not resolved immediately and his progress is not restored, I will be forced to request a full refund or initiate a chargeback through my credit card provider. Please contact me and fix this bug now.

A total rip-off
A total rip-off. Unless you’re willing to work anywhere, for any length of time, and under any conditions, this certificate is useless. It doesn't include any teaching practice, which is essential for job applications. The placement rate TEFL.org claims must be hidden behind some very creative fine print.
Not recommended. Unless you've just finished school and don't care where or for how long you go abroad.

Its okay!
I liked that the course is well organised and easily understandable. However, the word count for the tasks is so short and takes away the fun and the meaningfulness. Especially in the second-to-last unit, it was nearly impossible. They want a lot from you, such as explanations, outlines, comments, etc., in only 400 words. It definitely was not enjoyable.
I heard that my friend used another platform and she has less problems.
