The customer service was excellent. Due to a glitch on PayPal the transaction went through twice. Given it has been ordered for next day delivery I wasn't optimistic that I would be able to stop it. I called Tekshop and spoke to a person who sorted the issue immediately, and one of the transactions was reversed. My computer arrived when they said it would. Robust packaging and no damage. The computer was easily set up and had been waiting perfectly.

TEKSHOP delivered my purchase safe and sound within a few days and surprisingly it was exactly as described: "New", complete in it's original sealed packaging with all of the original items including the CD ROM instructions and paperwork.

I say surprisingly because the item had stopped being manufactured some years ago and I'd kind of expected an 'as new" condition item that had been cheekily described.
It was well packaged to survive the postal journey to arrive safe and sound and in good time. My first time buying from TEKSHOP and definitely not my last

The new pc I ordered came with a cordless keyboard and mouse - unfortunately it did NOT come with the drivers - which meant I could not set it up.

I bought a HP Spectre x360 16-f1500na 16" 3K+ Touchscreen Laptop from TEKshop on Amazon. About two months after purchase, the laptop began to freeze regularly, with the system becoming completely unresponsive. This happened when the laptop was in use and when unattended. I did contact the seller, but they were not very helpful and merely said, "That sounds like a software issue". I eventually gave up and bought a new laptop. The Spectra laptop now acts as a spare. All in all, a lot of money over £1000.00 for a spare laptop that regularly freezes. I wouldn't use TEKshop again or advise anyone to do so. Basically, a case of buyer beware. I can't leave a seller review on Amazon, which may be why the seller gets a 84% rating on the site.

After having had a bad experience on e-bay with a private seller aka scammer I was worried about getting another second hand laptop but Tek Shop were totally professional and everything was received well packaged, exactly as described and with no fuss at all. 6 months on my son is delighted with his laptop. Excellent company, will be using them again.

Initially there was an error when the website failed to fully complete the order. However, a quick email to TEKSHOP support who were very apologetic and they sorted it out straight away. Even though I'd now missed the Friday next day delivery they expressed the laptop to me as a weekend delivery! The laptop itself is a refurb B grade so I wasn't sure what to expect. However I need not have been worried, the laptop is pristine barring a minor cosmetic dent whish I didn't even notice to start with. Would definitely use TEKSHOP again.
