It was easy to sort the available items by brand, price, etc., which makes it much easier to find what I wanted. Items had sizing charts to see which size was right for me.

Order online and checkout was very easy. People in the store was very nice as well.

I wasn’t expecting package until the end of the week. I ordered on a Tuesday and Recieved my package the next day. Also my K-Swiss tennis shoes are very comfortable.

Extremely poor service.

Bought two sets of strings. They sent the wrong ones.

I called them twice and no response. I emailed them and finally a response. They claimed I ordered the wrong strings and that I am stuck with them.

I stated I would dispute the charges. They then stated that would replace the strings with the correct ones and I would not have to pay for shipping. They emailed a shipping label. I packed the strings, went to a FedEx drop off site and the strings were mailed to them.

They received the strings and I wanted 5 days with no response.

I emailed them again and they stated I could ask for a refund. I asked for a refund. They then charged me 50 % of my order. When I asked why they they stated shipping costs.

I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Tennis Express should be avoid at all costs.

Order from Tennis Warehouse or Amazon as you will receive
much better service, honesty, and customer service!

Tennis express is a joke.. ordered a pair of shoes and returned them they wanted to charge me 26.00 said they were worn, i tried them on!! and the customer service rep was rude, owner wont take calls..

My order was shipped immediately and I received the product one day before expected. The shoes were exactly as advertised.

I received an email about a shoe sale, and I needed new shoes. I'm not too picky, but I always buy the same brand (K-Swiss), and I was able to find many pairs of shoes that were my size and the brand I wanted. I bought two pairs of shoes for less money (less than $90) than I often spend on even one pair of shoes, even when I shop just the clearance shoes.

Never will I buy anything from TE again. Your communication is awful. Don’t have a product. Never told me. Then, you only send me the cost of the item back. How about the shipping and tax I paid. That’s called theft in my mind. Never again!! Shane on you guys!!
