We booked the Laser arena for our Daughters birthday, great experience, easy to navigate booking system. Great staff helping us on arrival. Great arena. Booked this arena twice now & always had a good time.

Good value for money due to offer that…
Good value for money due to offer that was on. Just a shame this sort of offer is not on in the day and school holidays as otherwise it is rather expensive.
Also toilets at venue were very smelly and looked like they needed a good clean !!!!

We visited your branch at Ellesmere…
We visited your branch at Ellesmere Port on Sunday 8th February with my husband, 5 year old and new born baby.
During our time there, I needed to use the accessible bathroom to change my baby. When I went to go in it was locked, so I asked reception for the key. She told me to stand outside and someone would be over. 10 minutes went by and still no one came.
I went back to reception with my baby and asked again. I was informed they were trying to locate the key and to again go back and wait. Another 15 minutes now went by and nothing.
My baby is 14 weeks old and it was shocking that I couldn't use the facilities I needed. Lucky, we had finished the bowling and were able to leave to use a changing room elsewhere.
I think this is absolutely shocking and hope someone in greater need has not suffered and they have now managed to locate the key.
I work as a manager myself in customer services and found the way I treated to be terrible, I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience for asking for something which should of been so simple & as for my poor baby, why should he of suffered.

Lane broke down, staff are aloof and completely disinterested. Full of Chavs, felt really quite unsafe.... Not the experience we were looking for...

First time visit - Maintenance issues
We had been assigned 2 lanes even though we had requested 1 lane so that our game lasted longer and were advised that we would need to wait another 15 minutes, which wasn’t suitable with us having young children and a baby so we did then managed to get 1 lane assigned that we could use sooner.
Our lane suffered a few maintenance issues and play was delayed a few times, plus the side bumpers were broken on our lane and one of them remained up the entire time despite us not wanting to use bumpers for 4 of the adults in our party.
We don’t often have large family/friends days out due to the high price so this was a special visit and based on the issues we experienced, for the price we paid, this wasn’t worthwhile for us to visit again.
If the price was cheaper we may be tempted to visit again/more regularly but we also paid a lot for this recent visit and for our 3 children, it was their first time bowling, so it we were compensated/reimbursed for the issues experienced then we would reconsider visiting again.

A novice bowler
My first visit at this location and a long time at any location. The staff made me feel very welcome and the whole experience easy and extremely enjoyable.

A great experience
A great experience. We booked for a group of lads to bowl and they had a great time. There was a slight delay to their starting time but it wasn’t a problem.

It was good fun
It was good fun, however the area wasn’t cleaned before we took the booth and after the last people left. Also,, the group next to us were constantly going over their line into our area and there wasn’t a range of bowling balls in our space or the wider public spaces

Slightly disappointed
Had to play with the gutters raised as they got stuck and wouldn’t go down, call attendant he told us it needed a new motor and he didn’t have one they really should have offered as another lane or a refund as I kind of ruined the game for the adults playing although fine for the kids

I made the mistake of booking the wrong venue (Chester instead of Ellesmere port) for 8 people with food. The staff changed the booking easily for us and we're very helpful!! Thank you
