Kids karaoke party
We went for a kids karaoke party. The party package was excellent value for money,room was clean and staff helpful showing how to use the screen.
Contact before the event was a bit slow and I had to call up 3 times to try and arrange deposit payment,as the system was down,hence the four stars rather than 5. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have a separate food area rather that eating in the room as it is quite small but just a minor point as everyone enjoyed it!

Terrible management
When there was a problem with them being unable to find confirmation of payment- despite us having confirmation and despite calling up the head office who again gave confirmation that we had paid- the staff members would not let us bowl. I was at the alley with a large group if children. I then asked multiple times during the four hours that I was there to speak to the manager- who was on a call every time I asked. I left my number for the manager to call, however, obviously she did not. The manager's name is Ari according to the staff members.

But i don’t like when someone interfering while i was enjoying. A random teen just to show up his attitude or something. He just took advantage of his age and played my turn. I felt it was rude. Please control these kinda actions..

Good fun always playing games
Good fun always playing games. But food is not that great. When making burgers please put some cheese, lettuce and some sauce. Plain chicken and bun doesn't make a good burger.

Great fun...enjoyable evening
Great fun...equipment was good. Did Eat and bowl. Enjoyed the Spicy Bean burger and chips.
Also, I had to change my booking, that read done without fuss.

Bowling okay but flys everywhere when eating food
Bowling overall was okay; choice of having barriers, points keeping up with scoring, tips on how to get the remaining pins. However, this was overshadowed when we went to eat our food. You don't want to really want to sit in the lounge area in the back. It was infested with small flies where a couple landed on our ketchup and fries.
We also noticed that there was also fly paper stuck to the door frames of the toilets to catch the flies. We had hoped to eat while bowling but the food arrived at the end.

Dirty and Slow
Now the pins are on strings bowling is not the same. There were a good amount of arcade machines and pool tables.
The whole place was very dirty. Lanes are not cleaned between bookings, leaving peoples half eaten meals there.
Drink service was very slow.

Came here for a celebration and the…
Came here for a celebration and the late kept freezing so we couldn’t play at one point the lane was froze for a good 25mins which was eating into our playing time the came froze like 3 times one game so by the time it got to our 2nd game we got turfed out by security saying they need to close and they were rather rude and not listening to us. Would I go back maybe but they’d have to improve on the service because even checking in was a hassle you have one guy trying to serve drink but also has to check in people

Disability - fun time
I took my son, who has Downs Syndrome and his friend. The boys had a super time, the staff were friendly and accommodating to their needs. The service was faultless and I would highly recommend.

Really good deal
We purchased the karaoke deal and honestly it was so much fun. 30 mins of hooting and hollering! Set up was easy and we knew where staff were if needed.

The venu was too hot
The venu was too hot. The AC vent above our lane didnt even work. I notised on at the end worked. Was AC turne doff or was it faulty? But all of was was experiancing bad blowing due to high temperature. At the ally. The arcade area was not too. Need to focus on regulating temperature for bowlibg lanes.
