Bowling was fine.
Ordered around £80 worth of food. Waited 45 minutes for it, only for the chicken to be completely cremated. Barely edible.
The rest was fine.

Great day out
Very clean establishment. Staff courteous and helpful tho would have liked a print out of games played as there were 25 of us and it was a competition.
We are surely entitled to a print out Originally told they do not do print outs then told sorry printer is broken

Great experience
We were there for a 7year old birthday with 15 kids. Straight forward booking process. Very smooth admission process. Very helpful staff. Great parking. Lots of fun for the kids. The only thing to improve on was Pizza. a few of them were over baked.

Came here to celebrate my 18th…
Came here to celebrate my 18th birthday. Immediately the worker at check in was very passive aggressive, and made me feel rushed and uncomfortable just for checking in. Was then shocked to find out they don't accept young scot card as ID despite it being valid everyone else. Will not be coming back again.

Highly recommend
Staff were polite and explanation clear. Venue was clean. Easy to book, car park free and central. Kids enjoyed their pizza. Great value for money. 1 hour bowling for 6 and a pizza for £40.

The price is fat too costly for a family day out. Over £100 for 4 adults and 2 small children. We then also went pit for dinner so another £120 for that. I would have preferred to have spent that money in a different way

Day out with our Jamaican friends
Had some friends from Jamaica visiting Scotland for the very first time. They had a blast at ten pin bowling Fountain Park. The upgrade done on this place is amazing. You can also order a meal from your play area and they'll take it to you. Totally enjoyed our time.

It was my first time their took my 10 year old daughter with me as I only see her once every 2nd weekend she wanted to do stuff now she older gravity first then bowling and amusements last Saturday was good for us both quality time that matters

The staff was great
The staff was great, only issue was with the food unfortunately the pizzas for the kids was burnt on the bottom.

Bar staff had a really weird blunt, hostile and impatient attitude and took away my friends drink for not showing ID and did not provide me a refund

Actual facilities etc. were great and very reasonably priced. However, there was a distinct lack of staff, which meant very slow or nonexistent service at the bar, snacks area, and I didn’t see anyone cleaning the customer areas. Consequently, there was quite a bit a rubbish, empty glasses piling up. Considering I attended over the Easter weekend I was surprised at the lack of staff.

There was a terrible playlist of just 5 pop songs , 2 of which where ed sheeran that played on repeat over and over. Hellish! The pin reset kept resetting the pins with some still down, every time which is not what you pay for!!

For the price I paid it went worth it
For the price I paid it went worth it. Kane 19 always had issues with the pins.
The queue was so big waiting to see a staff member it was becoming stressful ( like no one took command and control and needs to get a grip tbh)
