Good, but room for improvement
Great prices and clean environment. Bowling facilities were great and the improvements made to the venue are genuinely fantastic.
However, staff seemed really disengaged and wait times for drinks was too long. Often had staff waiting around chatting instead of supporting customers.

The booking was mixed up so we only had half hour to play 2 games and apparently its on the website how long games should take they they moved us lanes to a broken lane that kept skipping goes then when we asked for a refund and just give up on bowling the training manager got very stroppy with us so when we asked to speak to her boss who then proceed the refund (we never received).we then decided to go to the arcade and all machines are dirty sticky look like they have never been cleaned and best of all don’t work let’s just say this was the worst experience

Back to the tenpin after a what looks…
Back to the tenpin after a what looks like a refurbished version. Lots of bright attractive designs and lights to draw people in. Good bowling lanes much more interesting and interactive. Fairly priced drinks including food which was bang average at best but you’re not there for the food and it’s fast so you get what you pay for I guess. Friendly, approachable staff. Laser tag was fun and face paced. Interactive darts could have been better. Overall a good experience and would come back. But probably just for the bowling.

Bowling was great fun as usual, however
Bowling was great fun as usual, however bar staff could do with improvement. Originally tried ordering directly from the bar, but service was slow so ordered on the app to the lane. Waited but my order hadn't turned up and our game had finished (over 20 minutes had passed). Staff at one point seemed to be stood doing nothing. Went over to get a refund. The manager said this should automatically go back to my account after a few days, however I'm still waiting for this to appear in my account.

The revamped bowling centre with additional facilities and leisure options has a fun (if slightly noisy) vibe. Could do with more staff on the bar, as lines can be a little long, but otherwise great

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking! Went there for the first time in a long time and since it now has the soft play etc. We waited for food for nearly 2 hours! Totally understand it was crazy busy so we thought we would wait half a hour or so for our food not 2 hours. We asked staff if they could check on our food and kept getting told oh we are busy. Or I’ll go check and they never did as we were sat right by the kitchen. When our food came the pizza’s were all burnt. The chips cold.
We qued for drinks for 25 minutes and only had one staff on the bar. Asked to speak to the manager for a refund as we spent £34 on food and most of it was not edible. We never got to see the manger “couldn’t be found”. Our parking ticket was running out so had to leave but emailed tenpin and not heard back.
They obviously need more staff too keep up with how busy it is now they have the other things to do. Was such a shame as really was looking forward to our family day out and thought it would have been a regular spot now they have the soft play.
I wish I could attach the photos of the pizza’s completely black and burnt.
Terrible food
Terrible customer service or staff not trained enough.
Lack of staff to the amount of customers
And when asked to speak to the manager “couldn’t be found”
We weren’t the only customers who were not happy with the service

Food was really good
Food was really good, the atmosphere felt so much better from the recent refresh and Sunday bowling is really great value.

Some improvements to be had.
The facilities here are really good. Such a shame that the food and beverages services were so poor. Ordered from the QR code on our table, 40 mins later we were still waiting for 2 drinks. We had to go up to the bar which was about 20 people deep and only 2 staff serving. Other people were also complaining.
The building was very busy, not enough staff to accommodate the need.
If they can sort this bit out then its definitely worth a trip out.

I booked burger and bowling in the…
I booked burger and bowling in the Easter holidays. There was only one member of bar staff on duty, one member on the check out desk and no other staff to be seen. The game of bowling was finished before I got served at the bar for the drinks. I then had to spend more money to entertain the children while we waited for their burger which took an extra hour to arrive.

(Exeter) Loved all of the new additions to the venue!
But unfortunately there were a complete lack of staff, only 1 of 3 we encountered was happy to assist us! Food was basic at best, so overpriced!!
We tried to book a £10 Thursday deal however the website showed as fully booked the time of the offer being active, we went ahead and booked the slot half an hour before, was more than double to price & during our “hour” bowling, all adjacent lanes were empty? Nor did we have the whole hour because we were running around trying to find someone to pop the side barriers up for us.

Place had been done up well , but it’s very expensive to have two games of bowling for £56 pounds for a family 3
Some of the staff where quite rude and where more interested in holding hands and flirting with each other begin the till.

Food and drinks took 45 mins to arrive, When arrived the pizza was burnt.
Table and floor had ketchup smeared on it.
However reception staff were great.
Free parking which was a bonus
