This is a great place for kids and families to get together and have a good time. However, the Bowling lanes are not for the discerning Semi. Pro. as not maintained to standard, it's no wonder that this is a dying sport here. Someone please take note, and maybe it could grow as big as in America. I have to travel 22 miles for a proper pucker bowling ally Collier Row, Romford. See You There Sometime.

Bad customer service
Never had a rubbish experience at tenpin until now, arrived on time to be told the lane will be delayed that's fine these things happen . Then to finally get on the lane for it not to be work alerted a member of staff to then be told we shouldn't have been give that lane as the one next to it wasn't working and need to be turned off (because they are joint together) she said only would take 10 mins we was ok with that . After what felt like forever we had young children with us the lady said it was all ready to go . But it still didn't work this went on for a hour. The lady at the counter said she would refund us as it went on for too long she mentioned a manger would call me the next day to sort out my refund I am yet to receive a call or my money back almost a week later this is unacceptable there is not contact number only an email address witch I have emailed two time now and no response this is a complete joke and should not of happend

The balls kept getting stuck and not…
The balls kept getting stuck and not retrieving, we had to get the staff to release them manually 9 or 10 times at least during our two games there. Unacceptable.

It was a good experience although the food order was messed up, twice. Seemed a bit chaotic and disorganised at the bar albeit staff were friendly .

Disappointing
I took my twins and their friends for a birthday treat but was very disappointed. The venue was unclean, especially the toilets. We waited a very long time for all the kids meals to come out which were barely warm and disappointing. Over all myself and the children weren’t impressed and I wouldn’t recommend Harlow tenpin to friends or family in the future.

Very fun and family friendly
It was very fun and affordable. Also, there other games you can play like poker for very cheap price. There’s also a Photo Booth that you can get pictures at with someone.

A fun experience
Easy booking process online with a variety of options for bowling and food (we stuck with just bowling). Easy to locate and town parking available immediately opposite the venue. On arrival there was some lively activity on the stairs involving kids, as I was with my young child, we used the lift.
Staff checking us in were friendly and efficient. The lanes and seating area were clean and the game tech was excellent. Overall, a great experience.
On leaving, the lively activity had resulted in a fire extinguisher being let off. We were unaware whilst upstairs bowling as staff had contained the incident.

Bowling was good and kids enjoyed it…
Bowling was good and kids enjoyed it but the food we ordered was terrible especially when it cost £43 for chicken nuggets and chip with two cheese nachos which had hardly any cheese and the whole thing was luke warm
