When booking the lane
When booking the lane, it wasn’t clear to us that it would reset at one hour exactly.
Whilst putting in bowler information, we had to was for it to be reset as some rig went wrong which took a few minutes and after the hour, even though 3 of out party still had to take a last turn, the lane reset and the games were missed.
As we did this in age order, it was the children who missed the last turn and they got quite upset. It was not made clear that we had one hour exactly to complete.

Our experience was a little bit different as the booking process was miss communicated but the young people enjoyed their bowling.

Amazing Experience
Amazing way to spend time with family, the experience was memorable. The staff were friendly and polite and offered us an earlier time slot as there was some availability.

The bowling and pizza were great
The bowling and pizza were great, all vet efficient.
The “slot machines” on the way out were an extra money burden, very enticing for the kids and I get that, but the ticket redemption thing is an absolute ripoff and joke - just let them try and win proper 10p’s or whatever back - I felt scammed and will always avoid in future.
It may actually put me off returning for the bowling, even though I have no complaints at all about that section.

Only downside was the lane we were on had technical issues 3 times which interrupted the flow of our game.

It’s a great bowling alley
It’s a great bowling alley - only issue was having to wait 24 minutes after the time I had booked at. Other than that, it was all good.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, long queues and only one attendant, multiple errors and no one to attend and lots of waiting, food didn’t arrive till the end of the games. Food quality was poor. Hygiene was severely lacking.

The booking was for an hour but we were told after our game which wasnt an hour that it was fnished. This was not clear when I booked the bowling

The grandkids enjoyed the session
The grandkids enjoyed the session. The main dissapointing issue was parking as disabled person, there were blue badge spaces but a long walk from the entrance. At the entrance there were steep steps down to the door. Sadly won't return to this venue again 😞

There were two staff members working on a very busy Tuesday. They worked so hard to make ours and everybody else's experience very enjoyable. They were fantastic.

Good discount on week days
Good discount on week days, we enjoyed a lot. But the bowling area is bit crowded and small places between the bowling area numbers. I think staff showed something like a favoriteism(Racism) between us and English people. They didn't respond when we went to enquiry and pay for the Bowling.

Had to move lanes 3 times as the system…
Had to move lanes 3 times as the system either didn’t add the scores up correctly, pins were not replaced for each person’s turn and new lanes started on different points of the game. Staff were busy but also very unhelpful.

Booked for my daughter’s 8th birthday and although a little chaotic at times she and her friends had a great time. A little more information regarding the cake presentation would of been useful as that was not very clear.
