We arrived and was quickly processed and assigned a lane. There were lots of alternatives which could accommodate a variety of age groups and interests, great.

Inexpensive and fun way to exercise
Fun and very reasonably priced as a half price Tuesday deal. Lane was ready on our arrival and staff were friendly and helpful. Post games we really enjoyed the arcade games too! Definitely making a return visit soon.

Venue ok, bowling balls damaged
The venue is fine but my frustration is always the condition of the bowling balls. They’re so badly damaged that it’s more about luck than skill whether you knock any pins down

Good visit
The service and staffing levels were much better than previous visits. The service was very quick and friendly. We were set up and ready to play quickly. The food and drink were good and delivered quickly. Great place for a game of TenPin.

Great bowling but cleanliness needs work
Bowling is great but far too long wait to be served and whole venue very messy and unclean with numerous tables needing clearing.

Our experience seemed to go from bad to worse
Our experience seemed to go from bad to worse. The lane kept breaking and not sending the balls back up to us or clearing the lane, these incidents took between 20-30 minutes to rectify the issue. The kids were getting bored and irritable. After 3 times they moved lanes. The next lane we went to had an issue with clearing the pins and balls too. We decided to distract the kids with food, my daughter ordered cheesy chips. Her chips came with no cheese on and then after another 10 minutes they brought out the same chips that were now cold with some cheese on. This on top of all the other issues just made things worse. We were offered to return another time for a free game which we rejected because we didn’t want to waste our time going back there.

Slow check in. Ruined experience
Slow check in. Not enough staff. Multiple issues with alley on first go which led to having to constantly go and get staff who were already stretched far too thin. Ruined the experience for us who had taken our little girl out for bowling for her birthday

Rip off
Drinks from the bar were flat. Waiter then knocked drinks over when bringing food to the lane, which were replaced with more flat drinks. Bumper bars didn't work half the time for the kids. We then played pool which for the state of the tables is an absolute rip off. The whole place is filthy and needs a lot of TLC. Overall not a good experience considering the very high prices.

Been here many times and always pretty decent this time though ohh dear🙁
Probably shouldn’t have booked knowing cobblers were playing but assumed they would be prepared for the away fans..
No where near enough staff on and the ones that was there struggled terribly.
I booked 1 game of bowling with a meal and the meal never came,asked a member of staff if she could help and she said just finish your game then find somewhere to sit and she would bring it over!! It was rammed there was no where to sit I asked her what to do and she just looked bemused! Was I supposed to stand with my sons and eat!we just waited on the lane for our food but in turn held other people up who was waiting for our lane!! Poor

Fun experience!
We had our boys 7th bday at Tenpin just last weekend, there was only boys and staff handle them so well, organised and well stocked, our amazing lady Akshaya was ready at all times, serving extra drinks , food and cake, also making shaped ballons, also had a little buggy in the end, my boy and his friends had an amazing bday celebration!! 🎉🎉 Thank you again to amazing staff and especially our hostesses for the day Akshaya ❤️🙌🏻
