We visited Tenpin Stafford for our son’s birthday and the staff were incredibly helpful. K, in particular, went above and beyond by honouring our two-for-one voucher despite the till refusing it. The premises were also spotless and tidy.

The booking system it's terrible
Booked online after getting there as couldn't do the deal face to face which is bad,then once booked I couldn't amend the booking at the till so lost all my discount and paid full price for the food and drink,

Awful karaoke experience
Booked for an hour of karaoke in room 2 and the signal was constantly going off. Awful really as you could also hear the people using room 1 and practically sing along with them. I would never book again. It was very busy though as booked in half term so not staffs fault.

I was impressed with the layout and…
I was impressed with the layout and facilities in addition to the bowling that we initially went there for. The fact they have an indoor play zone for children within, will definitely encourage me to go back more frequently.

Amazing place but the toddlers soft play i wont recommend
Ive gone to Tenpin on and off for many years, and would definitely recommend it for whatever occasion, however I went to the soft play area for the first time with my little one, and unfortunately I would not recommend the soft play for toddlers as its definitely not worth the money I paid for which was almost £6, granted i went in the half term and on a friday, but the toddlers section only had a slide which you had to climb to and a few animal soft play to play with, although the safety gate which you have to ask a member of staff to be let out is amazing. And even though I could've taken him into the junior side where it was more adventurous, it was too big for him. However, the arcade, bowling and the pool areas are great as ive been there multiple times, so it was a shame for the soft play to be a bit disappointing

Excellent service and a bonus for us as we didn't know it was half price Tuesday. We had two lanes and food for our grandson's birthday!

Soft play
Booked for soft play as seen it says to 13 years old , got there to be told they can’t exceed 140cm at 9 years old kids were gutted . Being tall shouldn’t stop kids playing they still want to have fun ! Everywhere else is 145cm or no limit in height at all ? So why you feel need be so little is rediculous ! Kids need to get out and let off energy and young kids can’t even play these days it seems as they getting taller . And it wouldn’t make health and safety any worse having a 150cm limit or none , it’s crazy . Aslong as kids play nicely ! Small kids can be a lot more rough ! So it’s a load of rubbish ! Staff don’t seem to have any reasoning and the manager is just rude towards kids !

Clean tidy, parking is an issue
Very clean tidy, soft play great for found the actual bowling a bit steep for an hour so skipped thatthey could do with mentioning on the site that parking is a major issue if you can get on there carpark which does not hold many you can not park.anywhere nearby without being clamped or.fined.
