Few things wrong. Staff had issues from the start! Rooms not functioning properly. Props already exposed as locking meconisum wasnt working. Asking for help was a real ball ache! They couldnt hear us.... Ver mais

Yes it was busy but it is to be expected in the school holidays. We were able to access our lane early, Staff were polite, they cleaned in an orderly manner and the kids enjoyed the bowling.

Great customer service
Great customer service, friendly amd helpful. We managed to book more people into the next lane at the same time which was good.
The bad points are there simply isnt enough space for people playing ten pin bowling. There were five of us playing in each lane, and there was no where to hang coats (there is a huge amount of wall space for this behind each bowling lane) so coats and jumpers were put on the seating area leaving only a bit of space to sit down. Everyone else is side stepping out of the way for each other until it’s their turn to play unfortunately. However, apart from this, the new layout looked great, if not slightly over crowded, and we had food, drinks and a great game of ten pin!!

The bowling and facilities was great
The bowling and facilities was great, but the amount of uncleaned areas full of food, glasses ect on Sunday evening was ridiculous 🙄

I visited the Peaky Blinders Escape…
I visited the Peaky Blinders Escape room with my wife and four adult children….never having done an escape room before. I found it to be an amazing fun experience with all of us contributing towards a common goal….to escape. We needed several clues on the way, and although we collected all the necessary casino chips/playing deck cards, unbeknownst to us we left one chip in a drawer and so ultimately failed to name the “gangster thug” and effectively failed to escape/ran out of time. It was good fun for sure and I look forward to entering another escape room in the near future. We were at the ten pin bowling Warrington. Sat 28th March 26….the staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was easy to use the alley computers
It was easy to use the alley computers, and the girls loved the photo option. We found the drinks & food orders either were very slow or forgotten and we had to spend time chasing the orders. On the whole it was a fun night out.

This place has always been great and…
This place has always been great and since the refurbishment its outstanding.
The staff really do go out of thier way to help and the food and drinks are brilliant.
We love bowling here and spending time as a family.
Only thing I would recommend is that the ticket prizes be a little more varied and a bigger display and choice.

The new environment at Warrington is…
The new environment at Warrington is great and offers so many more activities. The bowling was easy to access and food ok for that type of place. Shame the escape rooms are so expensive.

Very unclean
Very unclean , ordered drinks that took over 45 minutes to arrive , ordered cheesy chips that took over 45 minuets to arrive had finished the game at this point

Over an hour for our food…
We waited over an hour for our food to arrive, by which time we had finished our game of bowling and were just waiting around for the food. When it finally came, the curly fries were cold and we weren’t given any cutlery or napkins.
