Few things wrong. Staff had issues from the start! Rooms not functioning properly. Props already exposed as locking meconisum wasnt working. Asking for help was a real ball ache! They couldnt hear us.... Ver mais

Yes it was busy but it is to be expected in the school holidays. We were able to access our lane early, Staff were polite, they cleaned in an orderly manner and the kids enjoyed the bowling.

The service for the food was terrible
The service for the food was terrible, my food took me 2 complaints to get it and my friend got his food which was cold and then later on was sick afterwards in my car because something wasn't right with it.

Place looks good after its refit. Ordered food as soon as we got our lane, the food arrived as we’d almost finished our second game of bowling so around 50 mins later, and it was cold, chance the lower score

Had a great experience here with my son and his friends.
Had a great experience here with my son and his friends. They did 2 games of bowling and the arcades and had a blast. Dropped one star due to a very rude staff member who slammed a tub of ice cream down in front of us and rolled her eyes when she realised she'd forgotten a spoon. By the time she finally came back with the spoon (a good 5 minutes later) the ice cream had already been eaten to which we received more rudeness and attitude from the employee. The parent did go and speak to a staff member about this and was promised a voucher of some sort for the children but it never arrived.
