Update they process refund to prevent paypal from closing their account. Since processing refund they have constantly sent me unwanted messages about removing my review. This is crazy, the refund was the right thing to do, the experience i had was awful so im not sure why they expect me to not warned my fellow students. I had to block two numbers already because they are basically harassing me. Now i am receiving an email from trust pilot that they are asking for more information. The only information i have is that students should stay away.

T.T. has completed entire classes, including the exams with nothing less than a B+. They write their own reviews. Don't believe them. I wasted £400 and they did absolutely awful on my dissertation. Do not trust, waste of money and time. They messed everything up. It's been two months of me consistently asking for a refund and they're not giving one at all. They ignoring all my messages and emails and not bothering to give me the time of day anymore. Useless company. Awful service. DO NOT TRUST under any circumstance even if you think the reviews look good, trust me they're all crap. Don't believe a word please I'm saving you istg. I am so shocked. I'm actually so mad. I asked them to do my dissertation for me. I got 48% imagine. Barely just scraped a pass, are you joking me? I went through all these reviews and thought let's give it a go. But I was so wrong, I'm so annoyed when I could've tried to get a higher grade myself. I'm so angry at the communication. They assured me I could get a refund however now they're not replying or answering my calls? Funny that. Yeah so never again, don't trust this company, awful mate. First the tutor that got given to me was called Arnold, then suddenly the name was changed to Lilian? Should've realized then it was a scam. Taken my money and left me with a crap grade overall, if you think they'll do your work, they won't. She or he did it so crap and half of it didn't even make sense, I asked for adjustments and still got weird things written and had to change it myself. Don't pay them anything, don't even bother communicating with them. Pack of lies, the lot of it. You're better of doing it yourself. They also made me believe they had done other dissertations and that they'd do it well and someone within the psychology field was doing it. But yeah I don't think she had a clue what she was on about to be honest. Mad at myself for going through it, when the signs were clearly there. I still haven't even got my refund coz they've both ghosted me.

Tera Tutors was a roller coaster ride in a bad way. I will say if you have a fully online class that doesn't require a Respondus browser monitoring for exams then I would say yea you can use them but generally with their service I had switched tutors more than 4 times, and all of them submitted work that I would have to double-check for AI detection and that all questions from the assignment were completed. They have missed Exams and I had to plead with the teacher to allow me to redo it. They have had me get flagged for AI usage I also had to plead with my instructor and just a whole lot of extra stress and work that I had to do to make sure they were doing their job even though I am paying THEM. This is supposed to be a service that you have them do for you but you end up stressing a whole lot more because you have to make sure they don't get you flagged for plagiarism, AI usage, and being late on assignments. If you have a serious class you need to get done I would not dear use them. I have been using Paysomeonetodo.com to make up for the exam they missed and since I have been using them I have not had any of the problems I have had in the past with Teratutors.
