Literally couldn't have chosen a better place to get my terpz, lots of options with a great range of prices. So far I have tried a bunch of ranges from them, from premium to uk to imported. Not been disappointed once, in fact I was very happily surprised on more than one occasion to recieve free samples of other ranges. But the the end of the day what matters more than anything, is being able to trust in what you are getting and for it to be deliverd asap, which so far, I have recieve my packages 1 day after ordering. Now that I turst this company with my money and to supply a premium prodct. I won't need to look anywhere else. Which is always a relief. Because its always a leap of faith at first.

I have used Terpenes Uk for a number of years and their products are some of the best! The quality and excellent pricing is superior to other suppliers. Shipping is super fast too. Great range of terpenes!

I will start with saying the duty free terpenes "key lime pie" has been my favorite so far by a landslide for the people who dont want to read so much 🫣

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a few months now after speaking to Al on the phone, so apologies for taking ridiculously long to finally get around to it 😅 Life has been a bit of a rollercoaster and we’ve now got a daughter on the way... I’m not saying the terpenes are that good they resulted in a child, but I’m also not aware of any evidence proving otherwise. 👀😂

Jokes aside, I’ve had a genuinely great experience with Terpenes UK from the start. On my first purchase the courier failed to update tracking but I had a chat with the team via phone and it was really helpful/reassuring, answered my questions without making anything feel like a hassle, and gave me a lot more confidence experimenting with the products.

Since then I’ve tried a few of the terpene isolates, several of the Eybna terpenes from the Live+, Palate and Live ranges, as well as some Duty Free Terpenes that had only recently come in at the time (first one that got me interested was actually sent as an extra on my order so that was a great suprise)

The quality has been excellent across the board. I’ve tried products from four different terpene vendors now and, once I got my mixes dialled in properly, some of these are easily among the best I’ve found.

One thing I learned... a little goes CRAZY long way so be careful or you only have yourself to blame 😂 It can take a bit of experimenting to find the sweet spot, but once you do, the results are brilliant.

I’d also particularly recommend experimenting with just a touch of the Kush Note or Hash products if, like me, you sometimes want that familiar earthy punch associated with more traditional strains rather than having the brighter/fruity terpene flavours coming through on their own. You really don’t need much, but used sparingly they can completely round out a mix and give it that extra depth I was looking for.

Great products, loads to experiment with, and most importantly there are actual helpful people behind the business if you need some guidance. After trying four different vendors, Terpenes UK has definitely earned a place among the ones I’ll keep coming back to.

I’m an experienced smoker and a very experienced grower as well, and I can say without a doubt that this product is top quality. As a special mention, I want to highlight that the customer service is out of this world. I had a small issue, and it was resolved instantly — with a personalized phone call, not AI or some scripted questionnaire. It was spectacular customer service and an incredible resolution to my problem.
Special recognition goes to the employee who called me at 3:37 PM on (10/ august /2026). He never once questioned my integrity or doubted me — worth mentioning, since in this type of product there are some customers who try to take advantage. Even so, I was treated with dignity and total professionalism. I won’t go into detail about the issue itself, because I don’t want anyone to take advantage of my review, but overall, I’d give this a 6 out of 5.

I've used Terpenes UK for years. I think probably somewhere in the region of 4-5 years now.

Never had an issue, in fact, I'd say 8/10 times my expectations have been surpassed.

Many companies rely on repeat customers yet they do nothing to retain them, not the case here. Customer service matches the high quality products they retail.

Where do I even begin? These guys are in a league of their own.

When I first started, I genuinely had no clue what I was doing or what I needed. From day one, they went above and beyond, taking the time to guide me through everything step by step. No question was ever too much, and the advice and support have been second to none.

I’ve now been using them for well over a year, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a single issue. The level of professionalism, reliability, and customer service is outstanding.

As for the terps they’re simply the best I’ve ever used. The aroma is incredible, the flavour is spot on, and, most importantly, the consistency is flawless every single time. You always know you’re getting top-quality products.

This my fourth time shopping at Terpenes UK. Outstanding quality of terps, i have tried Botanical, the LiveResin and Eybna Line over 80ml now.

Securely packaged, no identifiers on box, sealed glass vials in a sealed bag included some free droppers. The more i get the more freebies are in the package :D

if you are looking for high quality terpenes you can stop your search you’ve found them. Sherbanger from their own prestige line is top tier and the toad venom from their botanicals line is sensational for the price!

The service is great. The botanical line is not the highest quality but for the cheap price its very low price for what you get. I would fully recommend!

Been a few times now and you get what they say there's never been an issue and always little extra terpene to try really nice of them to do so I appreciate comes in handy when you want another type so thankyou the terpenes team thought I'd write this product is helping have a good bank holiday and anyone reading buy either live or buy botanical because IV had both from here has been good will try CBD next. Customer service was the best i have seen so far! They are quick and personally will call you to make sure everything is fine before they send it which was new to me but im not complaining at all.
The terpenes are also incredible especially for the price.

The customer service from Terpenes UK was second to none - I got a personal phone call from Alen to discuss my order and requirements, which I was both surprised and very happy about. I am using a blend of terpenes for sleep mixed with CBD oil, and I’m happy to report after weeks of insomnia I found some relief after the first nights dose. Top rate serve combined with a high quality product, nothing to be unhappy about here. Will 100% he using Tepenes UK going forward.

Really good flavor and the customer service excellent, shout out to Alan i had some issues with dpd not doing they're job properly and after a few emails with Alan he redelivered the product with RM, i really appreciate it and i will 100% return to buy some more (i recommend choosing royal mail, dpd are a bunch of idiots)
