Terratrike has done a great job of supporting my older model trike. Their service is always courteous and prompt.

TerraTrike is one of the few companies that values costumers above profits. Yes, Recumbent Tricycles are a small, niche market, but TTs products are quality built and their customer service is outstanding.

I bought the deluxe seat bag to replace the original seat bag. It is very well made and does carry more stuff than the original bag. It is, however, simply smaller than I expected it to be. I've looked at the pictures and video and still think it should be a tad larger. Wishful thinking, maybe.

I just needed a couple small parts, screws and such. They had them in stock and in the mail the same day I called. Very knowledgeable. Great service.

It is a little hard for a one handed person to put on but once it's on it does the job.

Fast and effective web site, easy to use and informative. Couple that with quality products and fair prices makes for a good research and shopping experience.

Have not had much time to ride yet do to an injury . Love my trike so far and hoping to ride more soon as part of my therapy .The only thing I would change is more options on tires and gearing . With the help of my dealer I think we have exactly what I want now. Will know more after I put a few miles on it . My wife says she is next ! I have the sportster model with a nuvinci N360 hub and a 3 ring up front .

Love my TerraTrike. It's comfortable, easy to operate, have enough gear to make it easier or harder depending on what I want.

Everything is good about TerraTrike except their mounts for your accessories like the Boom Mount and Handle Bar Mount your phone and trike lights. They are fragile, they vibrate and they break easy. Everything else is super great. I am looking to purchase a second TerraTrike in the Spring 2018
