Went to my local store today purchased a swimsuit which on the hanger said £14.00 or 19.50 euros went through checkout charged £16.00 queried this at customer services said it was the price on the label not the hanger, confused as they said it was on the wrong hanger even though other hangers identical but price different and they could not show me the swimsuit that they actually sold for £14.00 very misleading thought law says cheapest price would apply but not with Tesco s

i am 23 years old & lets say i am fully developed in a particular area and i have womanly features i wanted to purchase a DVD for my brother in my local store and it was a 12+ the women at the till stated she needed identification i laughed i said i am 23 years old she went i do not think you are so i requested management to come over and she was helpful she stated to the cashier i was certainly old enough to buy the item in the end i refused to be served by her i mean what kind of person asks a 23 year old women are they old enough i even held a provisional license but i obvious was not going to prove my age to her as i felt humiliated

phone store in my local is ridiculous apparent you are not allowed a phone contract unless you provide a valid passport ? i had enough identification and documentation but he said they only excepted passport and he could not help me further i am confused as never needed a passport for taking out a phone contract anywhere else

To many large trollies getting Tesco staff picking for home deliveries. Also they have refused the stock on the shelves, not good.

I had been a life long shopper with another big brand supermarket. I get home delivery once a week and they turned into a total joke with customer services that were a nightmare. I decided to try Tesco 4 months ago and I haven't looked back. My shopping is packed exceptionally great the substitutes are fab and customer services couldn't be any better. If they find out your shopping could have been cheaper anywhere else they take it off the amount you have to pay. I will not be shopping anywhere else. Good for you Tesco and keep up the great work.

The staff in the mobile phone section at Tesco Ipswich are vile.

absoloutely appalled with how they treat customers with the amount of court cases and negativity with staff there has been in the past 5 years. I have boycotted tesco and all there services sicne they treat customers poorly and will resort to proescute if beggars steal food from there bins!

I am Jewish so I ordered beef sausages 4packs as if you buy two you get a small discount.they only had three packets so as a substitute they sent two packets of pork chipolatas.i feel that I have been deeply offended and it is a insult to my beliefs.i gave them to my neighbour which were greatly received.

I tried a Christmas lunch in the restaurant at Goole Tesco and was really disappointed with how the decent ingredients had been ruined by bad or inappropriate cooking methods.The turkey, which was carved rather than pre-sliced, had been overcooked and was dry and hard but the worst offence here- microwaved sprouts with the consistency of overcooked whelks and carrots feeling like half melted chocolate in the mouth.With a cup of coffee the cost was £7.10 giving me a quite poor experience and not much of a showcase of their products.

Tasteless meat of dubious origin, poor wine, and tasteless fruit and vegetables. Anyone who remembers what real food used to use like would feel cheated buying food from Tesco.
