Test4Less have quite ranging reviews but in my experience the service received was really very good. Delivery of the goods ordered was ahead of expected delivery date and the goods were well protected by the packaging.

Based on the service I received I have no qualms about recommending them.

The second time I have used them the first went without problems but the second has been a disaster .. ordered on monday with 1-3 days delivery at extra cost. They decided to use UPS who have probably the worst rating of any delivery company. They sent a text on tuesday saying delivery 10:15-14:15 wednesday so I waited in ... nothing ... then the tracking said by end of day ... nothing ... then the tracking reverted to on its way. I called after sales thursday am and was spoken to by a young lady who frankly made it plain I was a nuisance being persistent in asking for a delivery slot. They didnt seem to understand people lose money when they wait in for a failed delivery. She promised to speak to UPS and call back ... nothing .. so I called again to be told UPS had promised to deliver it that day by the end of the day 1900 ... nothing. I called again this friday morning to be told yet again there was nothing they could do blah blah ... no willingness to fix the problem whatsoever ... effectively tough ... now they are promising delivery for today again ! between 10:15-14:15 but the UPS tracking says its not out for delivery and there is an error with the shipping ... pathetic mess and a company unwilling to recognise they are shipping to working people. 3 days loss of income for a £213 item ... if its not delivered today I lose even more.
So if you need reliable delivery I suggest you go elsewhere and pay the little extra and not Test4Less even if they are cheaper in the long run this has cost me a fortune.
The customer service is shoddy.

Placed an order for multiple products & express shipping, was contacted the same day via phone to say not all products were in stock but the helpful team were able to resolve the issue and once the products were pack in stock were shipped immediately via express shipping. I Will be using this company again.

I’ve not used test4less before they was recommended by a friend. I have to be honest the service was spot on. I will be certainty be using them again in the future.

From initial enquiry to receiving our tester, the journey was a pleasure. Will be returning for more equipment soon.

Honestly I don’t understand how this company has 4.5 stars on trust pilot on Google they have 2 starts.

Anyhow Horrible company to deal with stay away. I brought a gas analyser from them last year they took my order on there website as item in stock when item wasn’t in stock oh yeah I had to call a week later to be told that they have to order the item from manufacture had to wait nearly 4-6 weeks anyhow after complaining I was promised a discount on my annual calibration 12 months later I contacted them for my calibration I was told a collection was booked for yesterday no one turned up for collection I called early this morning to find out what is happening only to be told no collection was ever book real incompetence and attitude given instead.

I am a engineer who needs my analyser and this company has been a total inconvenience from the beginning.

After reading response from test4less I would like to state that actually nothing was offered to make things right I did speak to Craig who offered to make sure things will go smoothly next year and when I asked what about this years calibration as the unit still hadn’t been calibrated Craig was simply not interested just goes to show how insincere this company really is.

Excellent price on a good quality multifunction tester. Great customer care, no messing around and very quick delivery, which will make them my first port of call amongst the sea of options next time, thank you.
