Do not use this service. The lady who runs it is about making money, she does not care about her clients. I am dating one of the girls who was a client and we tried for months to try to get all the photos of my girlfriend off of her social media platforms and she was not kind or helpful at all and there are still pictures up. When I contacted her to ask she said her site had been hacked and she couldn’t. She also told my gf that she signed a waiver which gave an away her rights to her images which was another lie. She is not trust worthy and isn’t concerned about helping people find love, she’d interested in putting money in her pocket.

We are always happy to see real relationships created through our platform.
Regarding photo removal requests, our team has removed content where possible. Certain event photos were also used under signed consent agreements.
Nevertheless, we always strive to handle all requests with professionalism and respect.
Unprofessional Customer Service
I personally had an unsatisfactory experience with this matchmaking service.
After entering a relationship, I requested that my profile, photos, and videos be removed from their platform for personal privacy reasons. In my experience, the process was more difficult than expected, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled in a professional or respectful manner.
What made me especially uncomfortable was that, instead of focusing only on the removal request and customer service, personal opinions were expressed about my relationship and my partner. I did not feel it was appropriate for a professional service to make comments or judgments regarding a client’s relationship situation.
I understand that companies may have their own policies regarding user content and consent. However, as the individual appearing in the photos and profile, I believe customers should be able to request removal of their personal information when they no longer wish to use the service.
This review reflects only my personal experience and opinion.

For all clients who requested the removal of their photos or profiles, our team has already processed and removed the requested content accordingly, except for photos taken during Speed Dating events. As clearly stated in the signed consent forms prior to participation, attendees agreed that event photos may be used by the company for promotional and marketing purposes.
That said, we always respect our clients’ privacy and personal feelings, and we genuinely aim to handle every request with care, understanding, and professionalism.

"There are far better matchmaking services out there that genuinely respect the people in their community" This company may appear professional publicly, but behind the scenes the treatment toward members. especially those who joined for free is disappointing and extremely disrespectful.
Overall, the environment felt superficial, insincere, and deeply unprofessional.

I tested the service from December to March. Overall, I was satisfied because at the beginning I was able to date the women I was interested in and had seen in the advertisements.
Unfortunately, there were three changes in the matchmaking staff during this period. For all clients, there is mainly only one matchmaker assigned, which I recognized as a major problem. The matchmaker tries to handle everything and acts as the interface between the clients and the management team. A matchmaker introduces profiles, is responsible for communication, participates in video meetings between clients, and also handles all administrative tasks. That is simply too many responsibilities for one person.
Because of this, I understand why clients do not always receive a response. The response times are therefore sometimes very poor.
Thai Cupid should adjust its staffing structure because it is not acceptable for one person to manage everything administratively.
It is also difficult to understand why profiles of women who have not been single for a long time are still being used in advertisements.
In addition, some client profile information is outdated.
The profiles are not standardized, and in some cases I do not understand why I receive suggestions that clearly do not match my preferences.

1. We are happy to hear that, at the beginning of the service, you were able to meet and date women you were genuinely interested in from our advertisements.
2. In Thailand, a person is still considered legally single until officially married. Some clients may already be seriously dating someone while naturally building a relationship, and may temporarily keep their profile active during that process.
3. For this reason, our team always reconfirms relationship status before arranging any new date, to ensure transparency and comfort for both sides.
4. Before signing the agreement, all clients are informed that they may pause their matchmaking service if they are already developing a serious connection with someone.
5. We would also like to kindly clarify that we do not operate with only one matchmaker per client. We have a team of matchmakers and support staff working together behind the scenes to assist with communication, coordination, profile selection, translations, and client support.
6. Matchmaking is a highly personal service involving many responsibilities behind the scenes, and our team continuously works to improve communication, response times, and the overall client experience.
7. Regarding profile suggestions, we always do our best to introduce women who closely match each client’s preferences. However, when a client is looking for many very specific qualities in one person, it may not always be possible to match every expectation perfectly. That said, we always send profiles for the client’s consideration first, and clients are also welcome to share profiles or preferences they especially like so we can better understand their needs.
We truly value your feedback regarding profile updates, communication, and matching preferences, as every suggestion helps us continue improving our service.
