Zeer goed geholpen door Luc vd Logt. Kundig en klantgericht.

Kindness of people, well organised transport

Nice and smooth cooperation, thank you Margot and team.

As a Executive Jet Centre based it was an absolute pleasure to work with The Aviation Factory. Having worked with many Charter Brokers and have to say the communication I received on this trip was second to none.

The second the aircraft departed we knew the aircraft was on it's way and provided an aircraft tracking link. This meant we could liaise with the transport waiting for the customers on arrival. On departure we knew when the customers had left the stadium and provided with an estimated arrival time to the airport. Again it meant we can could liaise with Security and the crew on board the aircraft.

It was the first time working with The Aviation Factory and I really do hope we can work together again soon.

Ik ben ontzettend goed geholpen door Malon van The Aviation Factory. Ze was vriendelijk, snel in haar communicatie en dacht echt met me mee. Alles verliep soepel en professioneel.

We recently traveled with The Aviation Factory for a weekend away with around 200 people and were really impressed by their service. Our representative, Margot, was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the trip. When an issue during check-in, entirely our own doing, caused us to miss our original flight window, she immediately took charge and made sure we could still depart just an hour later. It was great to have someone there to rely on. Thank you for turning a stressful moment into a smooth experience!

I had a pleasant experience with the Avation Factory! Malon is a great communicator!

We recently arranged a charter flight through The Aviation Factory, and we were very satisfied with the service provided. Although there were a few minor issues during the planning stage, Malon handled everything with great professionalism and ensured all matters were resolved quickly and efficiently.

We especially appreciated her clear communication, dedicated follow-up, and solution-oriented approach. Thanks to her efforts, the trip went smoothly and according to plan.

We are very pleased with the overall collaboration and will certainly work with The Aviation Factory again for future travel needs.

Great service from Malon and her team. Would definitely recommend!

It was our first time chartering an aircraft for our company trip. To be honest, I was a little bit nervous at first, but this was not needed. The Aviation Factory really understands their business. Malon took great care of our request, from the first email until after the flight.

We are using Thomas at the Aviation Factory on a regular basis to our full satisfaction. He is reliable on very experienced.
