The store is good, but the delivery methods are insufficient.
The selection is good. Shipping is fast. However, I wasn't satisfied with the delivery options.
I paid £3.50 for delivery, but it was not trackable. There were no other suitable delivery options.
So for my next larger order I had to place it elsewhere and pay £2.85 for tracked delivery.

Excellent service
Excellent service. The bead thread I ordered took 10 days to arrive by post, which was concerning, but The Bead Shop would have happily resent the thread if it had not arrived. Thanks.
