I first purchased an IPL machine from the smart group in 2012, I have further purchased a smart diode laser, skinxcell and most recently a Mezotix.
The smart group are exceptional to work with, everything from marketing, training, quality of the machines and on going support.
The training we had recently for the Mezotix, with Vivvy was thorough and she totally put us at ease.
We then had an in salon launch, for the Mezotix, with Donna, who was fantastic, very knowledgeable and informative, we had 30 people who attended the launch and everyone booked a treatment.

We recently purchased a Smart Diode laser hair removal device for our medical aesthetics clinic and have been extremely impressed with both the device and the service provided by the company.

I was so nervous making such a large purchase as the sole person in my business, but after months of research & lots of help & advice from Donna I knew I couldn't afford not to as Mezotix was the missing piece i needed in my business. I’ve purchased the Smart Diod Pro Laser Hair Removal from Smart Group and Nadia the person who works for the Company was extremely helpful and supportive and it did exceed my expectations. The people in Smart Group especially Nadia are so lovely and professional. I hope it will continue to be even more greater.
It’s a really pain free Laser Hair Removal and very effective. Just been doing the treatments not long ago and my clients are happy with the results. I would highly recommend it to someone who would like to purchase a pain free machine. The only downside is it the handle is a bit heavy and needs time to get used to it. 🙈
