Still not received it. It has not even been sent out for delivery yet. Ordered it boxing day. They said they are only closed bank holidays. They had 3 days to send it out last week and nothing. Then I get an email asking how my purchase was.

I have bought from Ace on a few occasions and they never let you down on service. They have a vast choice of liquids and vaping paraphernalia. I can personally recommend Ace as a trusted vendor.

I haven’t received my package yet. I understand its a very busy period however it’s been around 7 days and i paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24 and have still not received any tracking information or anything to say my order is being processed, all i have is a message saying my order has been placed. I hope this can be resolved quickly as i really am excited about receiving my new stuff however, the delivery has took awhile now.

After ordering this 50/50 juice I can honestly say it is rubbish. Their is no flavor whatsoever obviously who ever has mixed this has not tried it for taste or has not put the correct quantity of flavor in the mix.

But I must say this isn’t just this product this is across the entire range of no frills. (lack of flavor.)

Ordered on a Friday morning before 1pm Paid extra for a Saturday delivery got the goods on Tuesday and no refund for the Saturday delivery Not Good

Ordered my products from THE ACE OF VAPES on Wednesday and received them the next day that’s what you call service, 5***** GTX coils superb and my battery covers great.

Yet another company which takes the GDPR legislation, screws it up into a ball and takes it with them on their next trip to the toilet.

I last contacted the Ace of Vapez over 2 and a half years ago, on 15th April 2019, and asked them to remove me from their marketing list. They rudely replied saying that it was my fault if I had received spam, as according to them I had not unticked the subscribe-me box when placing my other, and saying that they would however, magnanimous that they are, remove me from their marketing list.

I replied informing them that according to the GDPR legislation, I have to opt in, rather than out in order to receive any marketing communication, and that they could NOT just tick the box for me on their own accord. Moreover, hating spammers as much as evil itself, I was truly sure that if there was a box that needed unticking, I would have made sure to have done it in the first place.

There was no further reply from them.

However, 2 and a half years after placing my order with them on 7th February 2019, they have yet again resubscribed me to their marketing list... so I ask you, Mr Vapez, what is it this time? Is it again my fault, for not unticking a box, which I have not seen again for over 2 years? Should I have, maybe, submitted a Subject Access Request, to make sure you had no details of mine left on your system? Or maybe it is my fault because I did not change my email address in order to avoid your spam?

So I'll ask you once again from here: stop sending me spam, I am not interested about anything you're trying to sell me. And delete my details, because I will never again buy anything from you. As I said before, you have no use for my personal details any longer, unless of course, your main objective is to keep annoying me, and once again resubscribe me after maybe a couple of years.

The Ace of Vapez... not! Just another example of a company that thinks it's ok to abuse your contact details just because they think there is nothing that you, as a customer, can do.

Shame on you Mr Vapez, shame on you.

My orders went missing , still not received anything nor have they got back to me since the other day to sort anything so have took my money basically for nothing . Dpd waste of time too . Don’t know who is in the wrong here but nobody want to help you sort , yet still keep your money and no product to show for it . Won’t be using them again that’s for sure
