London Airport Transfer Avaliações 

Despite having booked for 5 people with 5 cases we were eventually sent a 7 seater car, which did not fit 5 cases when there were 5 passengers. Because the transfer was from Heathrow to Gatwick and for 2 adults and 3 children we had no option to travel with 4 passengers in the back which I'm sure is illegal for a company to do.

I found this company via google and booked with them 3 days in advance for pick up from airport for me and my baby, i called them several time in advance for confirmation which they provided. Nobody showed up, nobody was answering the phone. They simply do not care. My bad experience with them seems not to be the first one. They are untrusted people with untrusted company

Booked a car with a baby seat to take us to Heathrow at 5am and the cab simply never showed up. Tried calling the so-called 24 hour helpline 10 times and no body picked up. Just a generic voicemail and having left a message, I never got a response. All this having booked online, had a confirmation email and also phoned the night before to confirm the booking.

This company cannot be trusted to get you where you need to be.

Booked the car wig baby seat from Gatwick a few days in advance after finding out that the trains would not be running over the Xmas period.
The driver never showed up, nobody picked up the phone when I tried to contact them about 20 times (they have 24h assistance according to their website: false!) they never picked up.
They left us and our 3-month baby pretty much stranded. Appalling.

This company is a totally unprofessional service provider with inacceptable behaviour.
I've ordered their service two weeks beforehand with a special requirement for rear facing baby seat suitable for the youngest age.
However, when the car arrived on the day, we discovered that the baby seat is not suitable (forward facing - i.e. after 9 months only). they couldn't change it, so we were basically forced to take the risk for the baby.
However, the worst was yet to come. Without checking with me, the driver took a wrong direction - Stansted instead of Heathrow. When after half an hour drive I noticed his error, it was too late - the morning rush hour started, and after riding for over two hours in a car with the 6 months old baby in an unsafe seat, we've eventually missed the plane!!
After enquiring about airplane ticket exchange and calming down my crying baby, I called the company and explained the situation. The manager told me that he would talk to the driver and call me back straight away. He's never called back.
In the meantime I had to pay for ticket exchange (to) for a next morning flight and take another taxi company to go home.
I called them again several hours later. The manager said that it was all our fault and responsibility and we should have left for the airport earlier (we had 3 hours margin!) etc. After a long discussion the manager finally offered me a free ride with the appropriate rear facing baby seat to the airport the following morning. The car was ordered to exactly same hour - 6:30, and the manager said he'd personally make sure the baby seat is correct and that the driver would be there 15min in advance (which was not required).
The following morning i received a text message at 6:16 from the driver confirming that he's arrived. However, when we were out precisely at 6:30 (not a minute later), we didn't find the car. I called the driver straight away, but he wouldn't pick up. I kept calling and on the 3rd attempt he answered, saying he was waiting for too long and he's now gone. Moreover, he refused to come back and hanged up the phone, and we couldn't join him anymore . When I called the company, they said the cab was ordered for 6:15 (false), the driver was waiting for 20min (false), and now he's gone and they can't do anything to get him back as he was “already booked on another job” - and hanged up the phone. After that we couldn't join them anymore i.e. they were hanging up automatically.
Clearly, we didn't have enough time to get another taxi service with a baby seat, and they were purposely creating an extremely stressful situation for us.
I can’t find any decent words to describe this totally unacceptable service and behaviour, which resulted in lost airplane ticket and extra money spent for taxis, huge moral harm and, importantly, putting in danger the baby by providing a wrong safety equipment.

Last minute booking with baby seats. Taxi was online and driver was great. Thank you the airport transfer company. Will use you again.

We arrived at Heathrow Airport, The driver was there to collect us with the name board waiting for us at the information desk We were very happy.

Used it several times during our stay and always prompt service. Both drivers were very friendly and Offering information about London. A very good value transfer service. Will definitely use them again.

Do not use this company!!!!! People are totally unreliable. I made the same mistake twice unfortunately and I booked the taxi twice from Central London to Heathrow. (once in 2011 and once in 2012) The taxi was 40min late twice while the coordinator kept telling me the taxi was about to arrive. I was so frustrated and so stressed to miss my flights!!!
I also booked a babyseat but the taxi that arrived 40min late never had any babyseat. This is when I talked to the guy on the phone in 2012 that I realized I had made the mistake in 2011. Unfortunately, the website is well presented qnd it gives the i,pression it is q reliable company. I will never use it again and I strongly recommand anyone who reads this to avoid it as well.

Driver waiting for our party when we arrived at Heathrow 2 hours late! Excellent all round service and would definetely recommend when visiting London. Will be using them again.
