A fast intuitive secure website. Most quality products, at very competitive prices. I've bought the same products (in my case loose pipe tobaccos and corncobs for trying new tobaccos ) from other companies, and the quality and service is definitely better with these guys. A real phone number for contact, decent posting times and options even during these strange pandemic times. Imo, can't go wrong by choosing them first.

As a smoker of Menthol cigarettes I was so please to find menthol filters that I could use to replace ordinary filters. Best ones to fit, I have found, are Wilsons of Sharrow Kingsize Menthol Filter. I have a bit of a hick up with my last delivery but it has worked out well ... This company is efficient, helpful and courteous.

Discovered these guys during Lockdown Season 1 and supermarket delivery slots were harder to get than Glastonbury tickets. Excellent prices, quick delivery and a wide range of products. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Black Swan, they have a great selection at competitive prices, I used them some years ago, this time I ordered a gift for someone but there was a delay with the delivery not the despatching, but they were quick to respond to my enquiry and sorted the issue, excellent service, will definitely use again.

Used these a couple of times now and looks like I'll be using them a lot more in the future. They post out asap and their customer service responds almost immediately to any queries. They also seem to be slightly cheaper than my local tobacconist and OK, I get you have to pay p'n'p but the choice and variety at Black Swan far exceeds what I can get elsewhere.
