I love Body Shop in Brixton, London. I've been going there for 21 years. What is so good about the experience there is that all the assistants/advisers are so professional and also friendly without being pushy. I always enjoy the products and am given advice if I ask but otherwise can just mooch around. Celeste in particular is so helpful and has time for everyone. Big cheers for Brixton and Celeste and many thanks to them all.

Visited the Body Shop outlet store in Clarks village, great helpful staff, very genuine and warm customer service

Staff were very friendly and kindly informed me how to access the student discount and offered me a membership card.
The shop was well organized which made it easy to find what I was looking for.

Love the products but the wesbite is so glitchy it needs sorting out. Takes me ages to put through an order - then the codes dont work now either even though they are being advertised!
Please sort out the website when about to pay as its such a waste of my time

I went to bodyshop to have quick look around, and the ladies working there at Meadowhall branch were so friendly and polite, recommended me eye cream which I was shopping around for as well skin products and make up as well walking out with full face complimentary make up wow did not expect that but couldn’t believe it looked incredible absolutely 10/10 for customer care and make up! Wow thank you the lady with the orange hair (sorry I’m rubbish with names) your absolute gem

The stores are great; really friendly staff and gorgeous products. However, ordering online is a massive mistake. The website itself is below par, customer service is, at best, unhelpful and a complete waste of time. Most of the time, codes don't work and the delivery times are absolutely shocking.

Jeg har lige modtaget en pakke fra Bodyshop. Den var så lille at jeg ikke kunne forstå at alt kunne være i den. Det kunne det også kun fordi det hele var mast sammen, så en stor dåse bodycreme har mast de tynde tuber med bl.a. håndcreme så det er tværet ud i kassen og intet er værd. Gad vide om de har ferieafløser på som ikke ved hvad de laver.
Reelt er halvdelen af mine produkter ubrugelige nu. Øv.

Ich finde die Verpackung spitze. Nachhaltig und wenn man den Karton umdreht, hat man einen neuen Geschenkkarton. So kann man ihn wieder verwenden.

Amazing experience in body shop I had loads of questions about the right moisturizer for my face including SPF picked out the new Skin Defence lotion with SPF 50 as I have skin cancer so need to be extra careful being light it will sit well under make up also brought the mist to use as a top up when I'm out and about it can go over make up grateful for all the help!😍

They've definitely changed ingredients on their products. I used to always use the satsuma range but stopped as the scent was changed to a horrible old musty chemical smell. I started using the strawberry body yogurt as the smell was amazing. Unfortunately this has also changed to a horrible musty smell. I'll never use them again

Jeg ville oprindeligt slet ikke give dem nogle stjerner, men det skal man åbenbart for at anmelde. Det vil tage alt for lang tid at uddybe hvor meget bøvl og hvor ELENDIG OG AMATØRAGTIG en service eller mangel på samme, jeg har fået hos bs. Deres hjemmeside alene er det mest horrible crap at betjene. Alt fryser og går totalt amok. I 2,5 måned har jeg forsøgt at bestille, og forsøgt at få hjælp, men har fået af vide, at det kun var mig der havde problemer med siden, hvilket jeg kan se og høre fra adskillige andre, er direkte løgn!! Jeg har prøvet fra 3 forskellige enheder, med 3 forskellige login, og intet har hjulpet. Da jeg bad dem om en mærkbar kompensation for mit helt utrolige bøvl, kunne jeg få 50 kr i rabat!! Det er simpelthen at tage tykt p.. på deres kunder. Eller jeg kunne åbne en anden browser. Undskyld, hvor langt skal man gå for at få lov at bestille fra jer?! I er seriøst ikke værdige at kalde en butik!! Jeg vil opfordre alle til at anmelde deres dårlige oplevelser.

Awful service. Ordered 3 items, all 3 delivered were nowhere near what I ordered. I phoned and spoke to an Overseas call centre. No apologies, difficult to understand, complex process to return incorrect items involving me in driving to post office, filling in forms, emailing back to them. Total waste of time, won’t buy from them any more!

Excellent help and service from Sarah today at the Stratford-Upon-Avon store. Having bought online recently, I will instead travel the distance due to the customer service I received today. Thanks Sarah for your personable and informative service about the products I purchased. It’s a rare experience nowadays to feel like a truly valued customer.

I like some of their body products. Their face products are useless.
But the most horrible thing is they increased their prices so much, they almost have high end luxury prices. I used to shop very often, now once per year.

I have always worn white musk and pretty much every time I am asked what I'm wearing as it's a soft scent and very pleasing on the senses... But what has bodyshop done, I ordered a bottle and there's no lasting scent, before it would last all day now it seams to evaporate, I was so disappointed that I took the bottle back, it now states vegan on the bottle but surely all your products are! Why change and interfere with something that was a stand alone perfect product. Very disappointed and won't be purchasing another.
