Really happy with both my purchase and the company itself. I had a couple of questions and the customer service team were so quick to respond and helpful. They got me my product right on time for a birthday present. It was packaged really well and I would definitely purchase again.

So far I’ve had a great experience all items I’ve order have came in nice condition and when a bug wasn’t available they contacted me to see if I was happy with the replacement. No issues and will be buying more in the future

Ordered for my partners birthday, was packed well and quick delivery. The moth itself looks amazing, couldnt be happier and will definately be getting more!

I LOVE The Bug Club, I’ve order a few frames from here now, my favourite being my first the death head moth, and they’ve always delivered on quality, had my first ever issue with them recently where a frame I’d ordered was actually out of stock. But special thanks Julie in customer services who helped me out she was really kind and sorted it within a few hours and even said she’s keep me updated as to when the frame would be back in stock. I would definitely recommend at least buying something from them because the care and quality speaks for it self. I also love the little information cards I’ve had come with some of the frames I’m a proper nerd when it comes to insects and invertebrates so always appreciate learning something new.

The buying process was great, I placed my order and immediately received an order confirmation email.

Ten days after receving the order confirmation, I received an email to notify me that my order was shipped with tracking.

The framed specimens arrived safely packaged.

I highly recommend The Bug Club, I haven't found another shop which presents the framed specimens as nice as The Bug Club does.

After coming back from Madagascar I really wanted some Madagascan sunset moths which Bug Club had in stock. They arrived promptly and well packaged and were stunning when arrived

Despite extensive customs issues meaning my original choice of a framed atlas moth was not available, the company kept in regular communication via email, updating me on my choice for replacement. Eventually able to choose framed orion butterfly as replacement. Received after they confirmed it had been shipped next day, displayed on my wall and it looks stunning. Have used before for various framed insects (I love them), and would 100% use again. Thank you to the team at the Bug Club.

Beautiful butterfly in great condition and safely packaged! Customer service was a bit slow but replied after a few days reassuring my request of being delivered by Christmas and are true to their word! Amazing!

After reading some reviews was bit concerned about ordering from Bug Club but my butterfly came within the time limit and looks very nice !

Ah what to say….
Fist off I believe their other reviews are spot on and I would NOT recommend buying from this company.

My husband ordered me £117 worth of 3 framed insects for my main Christmas present. He originally made the order December 5th 2022 after hearing nothing my husband contacted them a few times. My husband was given a plethora of excuses, Covid, his team accidentally marked them as dispatched but forgot to send them, staff shortages etc,
The owner tells my Husband that he will make up for it by sending a selection of their products along with my husbands purchase.
Weeks go by….. nothing,,,,, Christmas comes and goes along with New Year’s!
Finally a box arrives on January 9th 2024, it took over a month.

So I didn’t have anything to open on Christmas other than a few small things because this was my main gift.
My husband felt bad but we thought okay well the guy said he would send extra things so it kind of makes up for my Christmas being absolutely ruined.
By the way did I mention I’m sick so might not even make it to next Christmas?

I open the box and guess what? all they sent was a crappy free bug they give people who collect 6 stamps from purchases. This thing was a piece of crap, broken wing, baby poo brown and a red brown, as I said it was crappy and not even an item they sell on their website because nobody would buy it.

I personally wouldn’t buy from these people. I mean how hard can it be to buy and spread my own insects then mount them into a shadow box or cloche? Hell I might even open my own business doing the same thing.

Look at these peoples reviews, one person called them horrible people and another talks about how their little boy’s Christmas was ruined. Do we really need to buy from people like this?

They have bad reviews because they clearly bit off more than they could chew. They have lied, made excuses and gone back on their promises.

I personally would be mortified if this were my business!

Avoid like the bubonic plague because this company is more unpleasant than halitosis.

Ordered in November for Christmas. Didn't arrive in time then they didn't have any of the second bug in stock. Didn't answer emails for ages. Very unprofessional. I'll be trying unforgottenpast next time . ethically sourced too which is why we initially wanted to support bug club. Avoid a long wait and stress. If you don't have a bug in, then remove it from your site to avoid stress and heartache for collector's.

Made an order on 30th November and products still have not arrived despite three different time being promised they would be dispatched the following day. Now, they are ignoring my emails. Wouldn't order again.
