I went to pick up my order to find Sturry did not have it . I said I had a message to say it was ready . Reply was we don’t do whole lambs here . It at folkstone . This is not the 1time it has happened . In then end someone from Folkestone that lives in Sturry dropped it off to me . The lamb rack had not been trimmed at all . Not very happy with my order

My husband and I visit the Folkestone Store nearly every week lol. The staff are amazing very knowledgable and very helpful. The weekly deals are awesome and since changing to a Butchers rather than buying from a supermarket we have not only saved money, but we are eating better quality meats. I highly recommend a visit to The Butchers of Brogdale. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Very good quality meat easy ordering kept well informed and efficient delivery. Some very good deals always appearing definitely will become a regular.

Spent £37 on ribeye today from ruxley absolute rubbish full of sinue, payday treat so underwhelming, will not use again , better value and quality at local butchers !

I left it a few days before picking up my meat order as it’s never been ready on the day that I specified to pick up.
Unbeknown to me the butchers are now doing the orders in store so it had been waiting days for me but I never received any communication to say it was ready.
I asked to see the order before I left the store and the lamb rump steaks were tiny compared to what I’d ordered before and very fatty where they hadn’t been trimmed.
The rump steaks weren’t the best either and both the lamb and the rump was clearly underweight compared to what it said on the packaging.
After I had complained the young man in the butchers “ Jamie “ (very nice ginger haired lad ) redone my order with better quality meat but still gave me my original order.
I was told that the manager had originally packed up my order and think he’s not a particularly good manager if that’s what he’s giving he’s customers.
I’ll be checking the weights again if I decide to re order.

All ways happy with my meat order any problems they are sorted out straight away
The deals are great as well giving you more to choose from
This week's meat pack is great value even got my daughter to buy one
