I’ve had a really positive experience with regular colonics with Ruth. Each session leaves me feeling lighter and less bloated. She is very knowledgeable, professional and really takes her time to get to know you and your reasons for wanting a colonic. Over time, I’ve noticed a greater sense of overall well-being and a nice reset feeling that supports my self-care routine. I had previously had a colonic some years ago in Bath so knew what to expect. Ruth is highly professional and knowledgeable she was very thorough during the consultation discussion asking about my reason for the treatment, offering diet and supplement suggestions.

During the treatment I felt at ease, I used the finger tapping and breathing technique she suggested that I will continue with as it made me feel relaxed. I felt physically and emotionally lighter at the end of the treatment and I will be going back for my next treatment as recommended by Ruth.

I searched for someone to support a detox and in an initial consultation with Ruth she recommended the Metabolic Balance diet. It was intimidating but she's a very reliable and encouraging coach. Within 2-3 weeks I already noticed that my mood had stabalised and I was feeling better, plus my skin cleared up. Over 2-3 months I lost 15 pounds (1 stone). I didn't think that would be possible since I'm in perimenopause and have a hard time losing weight in general. Ruth has been supportive and communicative throughout and someone I now consider a friend.

Excellent experience with Ruth. The studio is super clean and welcoming and I felt very comfortable straight away in the environment.
