I had to return an item and purchase a different size. They were so helpful and kept me up to date on the status of my return until a refund was issued. Great customer service!

Fist their entire website is based off of UK sizes. With that knowledge I placed a order for some boots accordingly. I ordered a UK size 6 and was sent a US size 6. Secondly the only way to reach their customer support is through email. The phone number that gives specific hours and days to be reached by phone is nothing more than a facade and directs you to contact them by means of email. Once you reach their support via email it takes them 24-48 hours to respond. Then they want to waste your time by asking for pictures of the tag inside the boots and on the box. Once you have sent them the requested pictures it takes them another 24-48 hours to respond. They responded with a link to a shipping label that does not open. Now you have to contact them again and wait 24-48 hours. Once they finally sent me a picture of the shipping label and not a QR code I had no option but to use my ink, paper and tape to adhere it to a shipping box. Then drive it to the post office for shipping. Once the boots were finally back in their hands they withheld $6.95 in shipping fees for their error. You guessed it, another 24-48 hours before this was finally resolved. By this time the boot size I needed was OOS. I asked for a discount codes for a future order and was denied. They offered zero solution and no compensation for the hassel and time spent. The week long fiasco and being provided a refund minus the shipping fees was the most ridiculous part about the whole situation. I will never place another order with this company.

The helmet and headband are a Christmas present for our 11-year-old granddaughter. She is a budding equestrian who has a real talent and enthusiasm for the sport. All in all, she was delighted with the helmet.
Placing the order was easy and delivery was on time.
Suffice it to say we will order from Drillshed in the future for any equipment needs.
