DJI fpv drone after crash, practically not repairable. The guys helped with shipment to the DJI Center.I received a new drone, I recommend it very helpful with all approvals.

Very helpful company kept me informed as all times took a while to fix but it was repaired and returned all great, reasonable cost as well.

Excellent service from start to finish, from well arranged drop off and delivery, to a detailed report on my drone repair, honest feedback and advice given and unfortunately this time couldn’t get me back in the air, however the service provided was excellent, supportive and honest. I didn't notice until after I completed the order that the drone I had purchased was on back order, I mailed The Drone Worx to ask for a delivery date but before they could reply the drone arrived!
Very prompt delivery even if it was on back order.

Poor service , asked about a repair on my drone telling them it was all todo with the camera and gimbal. Told me to send it off and they wouod quote the repair ,then had email saying how much it wouod be as they don't do this kind of repair in house ..... why not say this at first email as woukd of found somewhere that did the repair in-house and not waisted £24.99 postage and £9.99 to be told the problem I told them poor service ....

Great service, fast delivery, had an issue where I didn't receive a tracking number however after e-mailing them I received the tracking number soon after.
Item arrived as described and in a very well protected box. Very pleased.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. I emailed with my drone problems on a Thursday and within 7 days it was back fixed and working, this included posting the Drone to them and posting it back to me.

They kept me fully informed through the entire process.

Perfect service perfect repair. Having just test flown my drone it seems to be performing exactly as new. Very pleased with the prompt service & great communication, would definitely use again but not planning on crashing too soon ;-)

Following a clumsy accident which involved flying my drone into a tree, and it falling out of the tree onto a tarmac road and breaking off the camera and damaging two of the rotor arms, I was angry with myself and anxious to get my drone repaired as quickly as possible. This led to researching on the internet my options for a professional service to carry out the repairs. The criteria I set myself was a good reputation and within a reasonable driving distance so I could deliver and collect my drone to the chosen repair workshop rather than have to package it and rely on a courier service. My research led me to The Drone Worx just north of Wolverhampton. A quick exchange of emails and I set off to deliver my drone. A warm welcome, followed by a clear and sensible advice and simple instructions, gave me confidence that my choice of repair workshop was a good and correct one.
As promised, an email followed with a fair and clear appraisal of the damage, as well as a quote. The decision to proceed was given and payment made against an invoice issued that same day. I was given an indication that the repair would be completed within 5 working days, and it was. An email informed me my drone was repaired and just subject to a test flight. Sure enough, within the hour, the next email was to let me know my drone was ready for collection. I collected it the same day. On arrival, I was given a brief summary of what was replaced and why, and with that I set off for home.
A test flight the following day confirmed all was well. So, the damaged was caused on a Thursday night, I delivered it to The Drone Worx the following day and collected it exactly a week later fully repaired.
In summary, good communication throughout, fast and efficient repair service at a fair and justifiable cost, makes for a great service. I would have no hesitation to recommend The Drone Worx to anyone needing their drone repaired. I'm confident you will not be disappointed with the service you will receive.
