I’ve purchased several leather iPhone cases over the years from Ed Hicks, they are a rock solid company that keep to their word . They are very supportive and it’s clear that customer service is what drives them. The ‘phone cases are fabulous quality , I’ve dropped my ‘phone many times and no damage sustained . Also their engraving service is well worth adding , a beautiful way to personalise your case, plus cases arrive in a lovely pouch , so makes a very welcome gift. I bought a Ed Hicks leather iPhone 13 Pro wallet in May22 and was really pleased with the colour and quality. The iPhone fitted perfectly and the addition of having three slots for credit cards + another for notes was a bonus. I have now bought another wallet as I am using my old wallet for holidays and want a new one for day to day. I would, and have, recommended Ed Hicks to friends who have admired the design etc. of my wallet. Service from ease of buying online to a quick seamless delivery was top notch. Thank you

Ordered an i phone 13 case. It arrived but didn't fit.
I had been given the wrong phone, so my fault entirely.

Ordered 29th December and arrived 31st - wasn't expecting it so fast over the holiday period. Fits perfectly, looks great and matches my Coach handbag beautifully! Couldn't ask for anything more. Delighted with the product and the service (and it's local).

This is my first order with this company and j am so very happy 😊. I ordered a leather case for my S24 and it is beautiful, soft black leather with red detail and red engraving, I absolutely love it. I placed my order and it arrived a couple of days later, not only that but accompanied by a large red cleaning cloth and a few little surprises. Bought a phone cover for iphone13 - due to no fault of the phone cover, it had to be returned. Customer Service was excellent, the company could not have been more helpful. If I need another phone cover, I would have no hesitating in purchasing from them again. Cover itself was very well made and of excellent quality. Leather was very soft but cover sturdy.

I bought an Ed Hicks leather iphone cover about 5 years ago and it has been brilliant. Unfortunately I have had to buy an android phone and Ed Hicks do not do a cover for it. I just wanted to say that with regard to quality and user friendlyness(!) it has been great. I was able to have 5 cards in the case and because it had a magnetic clasp it closed tightly. Thank you Ed Hicks.

I am surprised at the bad reviews as it is nothing like the service I received. I bought a case for my Iphone in January in a sale and last week found that one of the edges was wearing a bit thin. I took a photo of the problem, and emailed it with the question "are your cases guaranteed ?". As it had been in the sale, I did not expect much joy, but I received a prompt reply telling me that it could have been caused by my use. which is a fair comment, but that it would be replaced anyway. I received the new case within 3 days so can only praise this company for the service I have received.

Ordered an iPhone leather case, after 3 months the stitching came away at the card holder seam. I informed this company and they said they would send a replacement. The replacement never came and when I contacted again they said they would resend the replacement but, again, it never arrived, tried chasing them up but never got a reply. Not very good experience with this company.

Bad experience with these guys really upsetting they sent out a product what had marks like someone has scraped it with they nails and the excuse from them was it’s vintage I did not get a reply back from these guys after so many emails a d I googled they number but no one answered then when I reported it to eBay then they contacted me plus the quality is very poor this case won’t last at all they dint offer me anything not even sorry or a refund or replacement my hard earned cash spent on a piece of rubbish please guys avoid unless u want to waste your money
