If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. They don’t even reply to their emails. They had my scooter over a month, and stop replying to emails. At this point I’ve given up. And going to report to my bank as fraud.

Ordered two hybrid scooter tyres for my kaabo mantis 10 lite as they were on offer as buy one get one free.
Great service as the two tyres and inner tubes arrived within two days.

I contacted by email, but no one contacted me back! They sent the wrong kind of charger for the electric scooter. I will never buy from this seller again and I suggest everyone else not to buy, because when problems arise, they are not even going to solve them!

Took ages for the scooter to arrive was over 2 weeks late. Never answer the phone only emails.
Extremely bad company avoid at all…
Extremely bad company avoid at all costs. The item had to be returned because the battery was not working and yet arrived in a damaged box. It started to work for a little while then just stopped and the battery kept overheating. I was worried about a potential fire. I was told I must return the item and that had to be paid for by myself. They received the e scooter and refused to check the battery but claimed I damage the metal on the back wheel. Also they said I drove the e scooter for over 154 miles. I only had the item for use for a week or two before problems began. This was an ex demo and there were problems right from the start which I explained and had extreme difficulty returning this item. They refused to look at the battery and claimed no manufacturing responsibility. The items returned and they demand me to pay to fix the e scooter and no refund will be given. It’s been reported at Klarna and now the bank for fraud on the basis the item was clearly faulty and the battery was seriously overheating and not charging and there was no dent at the back wheel ever upon return. I am sick and tired of this nonsense and false information being thrown around regarding the e scooter. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them as the e scooter reviews look faked right from the start.
UPDATE: Faulty WolfKingGT won't accept Return
So after finding a fault with one of the motors on the Wolf King GT, I tried contacting the E Scooter Co through email. Again, no response after the first email. So I opened a case with Klarna to investigate for me. The case was eventually closed after 2 months in the E Scooter Co's favour. They claimed that I had changed my tyres (not true) and also claimed I had heavily modified my Scooter (not true again). They are straight up liars and will do anything to wiggle their way out of helping once they have sold you a Scooter. Seriously don't bother, go directly to Kaabo.

The customer service is shocking. They don't pick up the phone. I had to contact their retailer and they said they are a terrible company, and have their customers call them asking what's going on.
whats the point in having a phone number when they don't answer? and when I said they didn't pick up they were arrogant. I had to email their other company e-twowuk and same issue. Don't buy from there either as its the same people, really shouldn't have be to be chasing after a company.
I sent my scooter back to be fixed, the warranty didn't cover and I had to pay for the cost and double the amount for shipping.
I received the scooter back with my name misspelled, and the scooter was SMASHED! it also had a massive gash/scrape on the monitor which wasn't there when I sent it, there is no way fed ex could have caused the scratch seeing as the scooter was bubbled-wrapped and in a box.
The company took 0 responsibility, ignored my emails, has no professionalism, and just coward away and said that they won't open a claim because fed ex won't cover it because it's not in its original box, which is one big massive lie!!
DON'T BUY FROM THIS CRAP COMPANY!!
