Excellent customer support and communication. The underfloor heating works flawlessly. We are very happy with our purchase from The Floor Heating Warehouse.

Plastered all over the website for next day delivery, I placed my order to be told it would be 3 days as made to order, no mention of this on the listing.
I also paid extra for a small delivery vehicle as was a tight narrow street for the delivery to still turn up in a lorry and block the road. I was then told the product wouldn't fit in a van because it was too long which was a load of tosh, I fit that sized product in my own medium sized van all the time. There was even a note on the courier companies delivery details saying 'send on van'
All of this information was provided to the floor heating warehouse who didn't seem interested in admitting any fault on their part, or refunding the additional cost of the small delivery vehicle.
The only saving grace is that the product seems fine

Searched for the parts and TFHW came out the best option, and although i will be getting some expert help to install it, i have an inquisitive mind so several email questions later about set up, thermostats, wiring etc

The product is superb,but the information leftlet and instructions was poor ,badly printed, could not read properly,I ended up looking on YouTube.
I thought the delivery charge was a bit excessive,but otherwise all good

Very quick turnaround of designs with a complex layout and hybrid design (part overlay, part in screed) allowing for the existing building to be implemented now and the extension to be easily integrated once constructed.

Items turned up promptly and all at a reasonable price, quality was what I hoped for, andexpected.

Product was competitively priced and delivered promptly.
