I had an amazing experience training with Baran. The amount of patience and knowledge this man has is truly exceptional. He helped me make some actual improvements and reach my goals.
Being quite new to the gym, he guided me through every step of the training programme, making sure I was comfortable with the exercises and pushing myself to the max. Highly recommended working with him :)

I booked a gym class for 10 o’clock and I got here at 10pm since I had to defrost my car. I headed straight into the gym and it was 10:02 the class was only just starting their warm ups I walked in and I got turned away and told I couldn’t come in. I have been to so many other classes where people have come in half way through the warm up and still been allowed in. I have anxiety and was really nervous to even go to a gym class and to be turned away because I was 2 minutes late when the class hadn’t even begun. I was really upset and it’s really knocked my confidence of ever going to another gym class here. I can’t believe it

Really modern, clean and well equipped gym. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great atmosphere and friendly punters. Can't fault and very competitive flexible pricing.

The gym is always kept nice and clean. The staff are all friendly and approachable if you need help. Liberty is a fantastic PT and goes above and beyond for her clients.

To Go or not to Go. Everytime I go into Burnley Gym Group a member of staff has an issue. I have mentioned this before they have their favourites and they have their back. Everyone should be treated the same. PT spend hours talking to one member so no other member feels comfortable approaching them. PT's turn a blind eye to what some members do whilst to others they are constantly on their back. It's like being back in the school playground where gossip is rife like an epidemic. If something happens outside the gym and they like the member that you have had difficulty with they will make your life difficult.
Never talk to anyone, keep yourself to yourself. Stories and gossip is made up about you, to the point you are intimidated and then don't feel like going to the gym.

Thanks Gym Group for making this a very very very rubbish sh***y experience.

The manager is the worst from the all of them,as a manager she needs a little more decorum instead of backing people she has a liking to

Horrible I’ve recently been a member and been given a code through my emails however as I’ve put my email and code to log in to activate my account it says “error in password or email”. I have contacted the team and they are completely useless tried to email numerous times yet to no avail. Please reconsider getting a membership here. Ps the team told me to wait a few hours to activate it however I’ve waited 12 hours for this yet it does not work.

It's weird how some PT allow their friends into a gym class as and when it suits them. Even if the class has been going on for 10 mins. Then when someone else comes along it's a no. Sometimes I feel its a colour thing. Maybe it is maybe it isn't. But it makes one feel like crap. Not all PTs just the odd one.

I’ve been to many gyms over the years as I work all over the country and I can honestly say the gym Burnley is one of the cleanest well looked after out of them all.
You can see the staff clearly care about this. They regularly put weights back where they belong when the members fail to. It is a pleasant atmosphere to train in. This obviously is also down to the members as well as staff who also seem to care about the cleanliness and condition of the gym.

Plenty of space and equipment to work out with . Clean and tidy

Gillian Ndemaze - what an amazing energy she has! Always a pleasure to speak with! Always on point with motivating people around her! Love her vibe, always makes everybody smile and is very welcoming! Keep up the good work Gillian! I would highly recommend Gillian as a personal trainer, I have enjoyed her workouts and she's offers nothing less than optimum motivation that being for weight loss or to muscle build ✅💯

Over all a Great gym, I love the new equipment, the music is however just terrible, but the staff are all so friendly & welcoming, I’ve been having PT sessions recently with Gillian Phalem & have been shown new better stronger ways to train with her
