Went to the gym Friday was shown around by the lovely Nico, explained how to use the machines and given some tips. Lovely friendly gym especially for people who ain’t used to the gym scene ❤️❤️

Heavily over-subscribed. This gym used to be great to work out at but they have taken so many members now that it's nearly impossible to get on any of the free weight barbell benches and makes for a v frustrating workout.

The app does not work making accessing the gym very difficult.
To be fair - once in the gym the equipment is really good.
They just need to sort out the app and customer service

Just joined the gym, entry card reader wasn't working properly as on several occasionsi put pin in, then sent a sturn rebuke if this carries on they'll terminate my membership, well I terminated it myself and my daughter has as well, don't like being rebuked like a school kid. By the way it was Eastbourne gym staff were great.

My gym is spotlessly clean at all times. The equipment is more than sufficient. The treadmills etc don’t have the fancy high-tech screens but for £19.99 a month, I wouldn’t expect it. I don’t need a pool and the classes are fab so happy days!

Best Gym I have ever joined. I have a Great PT called Clarie I have now been training with her for just over 1 Month now. If you’re Looking for a Personal Trainer Clarie is your Person. The gym it self it is kept Cleaned and a Great atmosphere. And a Gym that is open 24/7. So you can turn up when ever you like.

The staff are always so friendly and approachable. Nicest community of people too, i always feel able to ask for help and I'm never made to feel self conscious. Good range of gym equipment, the only thing id say is to please please please move the stair master out of the sun, feel like I'll pass out soon with summer coming!!

The PT’s are all friendly and welcoming at this gym. Gym is always kept clean and tidy. Particularly enjoy Michelle’s pump & abs classes - always feel I’ve had a good workout after!

Everything is always clean just limited equipment

We love The Gym! Mike is especially good at leading classes; his wealth of knowledge is very impressive and insightful. Any issues or concerns, the Gym team have been very supportive and friendly. All equipment is clean and working, with lots of different machines and sections.

Good variety of exercises and classes. Trainers are great and supportive. Always a good atmosphere.

Body conditioning with Lee was tough going but in a much needed way. Felt great for it after. Thank you

This session is a great end to the week. A combination of pilates and yoga that changes every other week. Gentle exercise with a great instructor, it doesn't get better than this.

Claire is so friendly and welcoming. The re-balance class is the best way to start a Friday.

There is always equipment available, even in busy times. The space is clean and tidy and staff friendly and helpful.

Super clean gym, lovely staff that are always working and on hand to help you. Great classes too!
