Gym is top notch. But I dont know why they dont provide parking very annoying. On an average I am paying 32 approximately every month plus the gym membership fee. It's like 60 approximately every mon... Ver mais

I’m really disappointed with my…

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this gym.

Yesterday, between 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM, I was there for a strength training session and my dark blue, bomber-style Zara jacket was stolen. It was the first time I had forgotten to bring a padlock, I genuinely believed it would be safe. Many people usually leave their jackets and belongings, so I assumed this was normal.
Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I returned, my jacket was gone. There was also no staff present at the time, as it was Sunday, so there was no one to report the incident to or ask for help.

This is very frustrating and has made me question the security of leaving personal belongings there. I would strongly advise others to always bring a lock or keep valuables with them at all times, even if the environment appears safe.

I hope the gym takes steps to improve security and provide better support in situations like this.

Good experience

Once inside, you get a very good experience. Lots of variation of machines to use as well as free weights. Staff members are always around to help, without being too obvious. Very good value for money.

No customer service. Get what you pay for

No customer service if any kind. Rude and arrogant manager

Great staff and facilities,

Great location and facilities,
The staff are amazing especially Pammy and Anmol, just simply wonderful and it gives me the extra motivation I need to come in everyday.

I renewed my subscription with them…

I renewed my subscription with them after going to another gym for a while because that other gym was closer to work for me, my first day back to this gym while taking equipment, one female PT asked me not to use any equipment from upstairs that she has a class so I had to go down stairs to take one plate of weight, and passed it down to a guy at the gym after I was done using it, next thing I got a email about gym misconduct, a day letter I went to go back to the gym my access was denials, I find that rude and uncalled for, I don’t know who block my access, but I felt disrespected and disgusted, I just cancelled my subscription and direct debit and back to my other gym. I wouldn’t recommend going here, the PT are rude and the manager is just as the same. Pls there is no save space for ladies anyway. Good bye to bad rubbish.

Everything alright especially staff.
Only one thing i more concern more weights ( dumbell) esp low weights 10,12,14, bench
nd straight bars doing barbell curl in cable machines.
because everytime we are waiting for others to complete there sets esp dumbells
so please try to include more.

One of the worst locations I had been…

One of the worst locations I had been so far,will never come back. For two years it was alright but nowadays it's getting very bad in terms of banning the wrong people for no reason while the one at fault keep on attending that faulty gym smh.The bad part is that they keep charging you even if they restricted your access to the gym and that's vile.

I came to gym and to my surprise my membership no longer active and I cant enter gym, no email, no message about that!!!! And now they force me to pay joining fee again!!!! Scammers!!!!

Poor customer service

I found the gym itself to be okay for a limited workout but the freeweights section is too small and crowded, about a third of the resistance machines were out of order, and the cardiovascular equipment is ancient.
I only wanted to sign up for a month, so I paid via credit card rather than set up a direct debit. I didn't realise that they would automatically charge my credit card on a recurring basis, I'm sure it's written in the small print, but it wasn't made clear at the time when I signed up via this method.

I contacted the gym group as soon as the second charge was made and I asked them to cancel the membership and refund if possible. They took over a week to even respond (after I had to follow up again) and they refused to offer even a partial refund.
I'm sure that's within their legal rights, but this kind of money-grabbing approach is very poor customer service if you ever want that customer to return in future.

Edit: My feedback suggestions to the Gym Group would be to align themselves with modern-day best practice business approaches. This would include:

1. Notify customers one week ahead of an upcoming subscription charge so that they are fully aware the charge is coming and have an opportunity to cancel if they are no longer using the service. (I have checked, and I did not get such a notification)

2. If customers cancel shortly after a charge, refund them pro rata. (I requested this and was not offered even a partial refund)

The only reason not to use these ethical business practices would be that you still want to take money from people who are no longer using the service you offer. You cannot claim to care about your customers in the slightest if that is your business model.

We do state in 3 areas before joining your next month's charge and we also send a confirmation email stating the date and amount you will be charged next month.

Our Standard and Ultimate memberships are both rolling renewals, these can be canceled before the next payment by providing 4 working days' notice.

My personal trainer Nafisa

I joined the gym two months ago and met Nafisa who did my induction and i then decided to book PT sessions with her. She has helped me so much in a short space of time. She is really friendly and i look forward to her classes too 😀

Perfect Gym and staff

Excellent gym, with great facility and great price . Staff members are good and help you whenever you have a query.
I recently joined gym group and taking classes with one the staff member (Mr. Adeel A Khan) ,he is so friendly and active person . I have took a personal training for weight gain with him and gave me a good improvement for the very first month and i'm willing to continue taking training for further months as well.

Men's toilets do always smell bad as other reviews have mentioned, even though they do get cleaned.

Being a member since it opened probably…

Being a member since it opened probably one of a couple members who still pays around 10.99 for the gym I must say the standards have dropped. Why is the fact that none if the treadmills are ever working? Or if they are there is always a strange noise coming from the board as you run on it. Look at Hemel branch they have all kit which is always working but the Luton branch treadmill are always out of order. I mean come on!!!!!

Nice atmospher

Nice atmospher, good equipment although sometimes faulty for long period. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pam is amazing as a PT
