Ahmed at Northampton Central is always cheerful and highly motivating, especially when you’re struggling. He keeps classes fresh by mixing them up each week and consistently pushes you to perform at your best.

Great experience
Very accommodating staff, the gyms is kept nice and clean at the times I’m there and there’s free 3hr parking aswell. Staff go over and beyond for customer satisfaction.

By far the best gym in Northampton all…
By far the best gym in Northampton all the staff are friendly and the gym is always clean it has a great atmosphere and the classes are never the same the mangers go above and beyond to ensure the gym is maintained to the highest standard and Pawel’s (hyrox coach) Hyrox and hybrid classes in the mornings are insanely good would definitely recommend joining today

Probably the worst gym I’ve ever gone…
Probably the worst gym I’ve ever gone too, 4 benches if that, one smith machine, all the machines are laid out in awkward fashion facing each other, then they closed yesterday for riots which I understand, but we’re also closed tonight for unknown reasons? Also has windows to the whole town to see you, would not recommend

Love this gym!
Love this gym! The staff are all extremely supportive and friendly. There’s always someone to help when you need them. It’s extremely good value for money too! I love the classes.

Staff are great
Staff are great. When I joined, we got a ticket on my mums car, luke sorted it and made sure me dear old ma didn't get fleeced. Very honorable. Other than that, the staff are very welcoming and pleasant at all times.

Too loud and noisy!
The thumping loud music is intrusive and ruins the work out experience. You cannot hear your own earphones. Totally unnecessary as people are trying to listen to own music. When I politely asked a staff member to lower, they said they had no control - hysterical right, of course they have control but lied to my face!

A very clean and upto date gym with a very friendly staff always there if you need something or questions about the gym .
It's been the best gym by far I've been to.

Best Gym I have ever been to!
I have been multiple “The Gym” branches and this one tops them all. Facilities are amazing and everything is always clean. Staff are mega friendly and willing to help you if you need. Classes are always fun and great no matter level of fitness you are. PTs available on site and at very reasonable prices. I LOVE YOU NORTHAMPTON CENTRAL

Absolutely love this gym! All the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the equipment/space is perfect (good quality and plenty of space to train.

The best gym in Northampton
Amazing staff is what makes this gym stand out from others - including gyms from The Gym Group. They are knowledgeable, supportive, friendly and always around (great to see management mixing with members rather than hiding away). It’s aways really clean and tidy as well. And the classes are brilliant - varied, challenging and at good times.

Friendly and supportive
Had a really wholesome experience with the manager Luke today! He helped me install my buckle to my new lifting belt and checked on me mid session to see how I was getting on. Really appreciate genuine support and help in the gym and definitely does not go unnoticed.
