The order was placed well ahead of relative's significant birthday- delivery on a certain day only to find out on my initiative on that very morning that delivery take place a week after the event- no communication, no warning and no time to organise anything else on the day.
Refund was offered after 3 emails.
Very poor performance, will never used The Hamper Emporium again.

The produce was excellent, the service was excellent and delivered on time.
It was very much enjoyed by the recipient.

While the hamper was really good, it was kept in the seperate places and because flowers and box were kept in seperate places, receiver could not find it. It was suppose to be a surprise but they found out about it after 3 days and because things were not left together, it was a bit of a disappointment.
While I understand the laws but there should be a box which should says of the package needs to be signed for or not so surprise stays surprise.

I have received them myself and it’s lots of food stuffs I love but are a bit expensive.

I placed my order in advance of required delivery date. In notes, I specified a date gift was to be delivered by. The gift arrived over 1 week prior to this date. A little disappointed that parcel not delivered closer to specified date.

Advertising promotes free delivery over $150.00.
My hamper was $149.99.
Cost of delivery $9.95.
Why not make the hamper a straight $150.00 to assist customer not paying postage.

The hamper was for a friend who was facing great sadness. She was overwhelmed by it and said it was just beautiful.
It did take longer to be delivered than I expected though.
In saying that I would order one again.

Very reliable and fast delivery

I chose what I wanted,paid for it. I the received my confirmation, the following day I received the tracking and estimated time of arrival. It was delivered in time and the hamper was beautifully packed as expected. There were no hiccups and the hamper was just as advertised

We chose the hamper as a Birthday gift for our son-in-law - it proved to be the perfect gift for him! Value for money and delivered on time (the Tracking information provided proved very useful).

Website easy to use. My message re leave in a safe place ok however a time the parcels to be delivered not taken into consideration. It would have been great to have a text re delivery time on the day as I work not in my home area. Hence the parcels were left outside of the house until after 5pm when I arrived home from work. I could have travelled home in my lunch hour hence the request to be notified of the delivery time
