Unfortunately I had a very poor experience using this company. I found that despite being cheap (£150 for a tax return), the customer service was very poor. If I had any questions about my tax return, Mr Hughes would not bother to pick up the phone, return a call left with his secretary or respond to an email. On the rare occasion that I got to speak to him, he was condescending and evasive. As you can imagine this was a very frustrating experience, and left me with no confidence in the quality of the job done.
