A good clear website. I was going to make an online order but realised this place is only 40 mins from me. I made a whatsapp query first to make sure they were open an no parking restrictions. I received a prompt and friendly reply from Wendy. At the trade counter I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted, and so Arthur was happy to show me the various choices and guided me towards the solution that I needed. Even the guys (Martin) in the yard were friendly and awesome loading the car up. In all a very positive experience, letting me get what I wanted with minimal fuss and with all stock on site. Thanks Guys!

Our garden edging looks very smart and was quite easy to install. I checked there were no stones, etc in the way first. It required a right angle corner which was also easy. Very quick service and product seems good quality.

Good product, fast delivery

I’ve been doing my garden by myself all summer and this was one of the finishing touches. At first I was a bit taken aback by the price but after a lot of comparison I realised it’s actually one of the cheaper ones I found, and after grafting all summer to save money I didn’t want to mess it up at the end. It was so easy to install, super easy to chop to size with just some secateurs, and this was the ONLY white grid at a low depth I found (which is mad to me because those are such bonuses!!).
The description said 1 tonne of gravel would cover 30sqm with this, which wasn’t correct in the end, I had to double. I used a 14-22mm size gravel which is a bit bigger than recommended but it still fit in this grid perfectly.
Overall so glad I invested in these. They were so easy to install and made laying and distributing the gravel an absolute breeze.
The only negative of my experience is that delivery was very expensive, but worth it for the results

Originally we ordered the heavy duty which we found really difficult to install (our mistake)
customer service were fantastic and replaced with the correct domestic edging which was really easy to install. Very quick (one Day)even with dog helping...
We are two 65 year olds with little diy skills, dodgy knees and bad backs if we can achieve the end result of a professional finish than any one can.
We have received numerous compliments on our garden and would highly recommend the product and service from Ideal Garden.
