Ordered several times and always been quick to deliver, well packaged with a fun note and discount for next time… great advertising normally gets me to reorder something else and now my 2.5yr old recognises the boxes as toys 😂

Busy bag was an order when they first came out, we got the fairy one and she loved it, we now use the bag a lot for trips out!

I made a decent sized order and received it very quickly and it was packaged brilliantly. I honestly loved that not a single part of my order was plastic it was all recyclable which was lovely.
I had a slight order with one piece of my order and they got in touch in a reasonable amount of time and contacted the company who made the set and arranged a replacement piece so that there wasn't a whole toy deemed faulty which I really loved and thought was a great idea. I'm currently waiting on the replacement piece but honestly had a great experience so far and would use them again. Everything I ordered was as expected. I would recommend using this company. I will certainly be ordering again in the future.

What a wonderful, and personal, experience at TKC!! We ordered a couple of items for our daughter's 2nd birthday and they were on our doorstep two days later with a sweet note from TKC valuing our custom. I know it's not a lot but it really made me smile. Perfect!!

TKC have an excellent customer service ethic. I had a slight problem with an order and was given a full refund within hours, brilliant!. Will definitely shop with them again.

Really thrilled with my order. I found the Ollie Ella Cozy Dinkum doll that I was looking for as a gift at a price much lower than anywhere else, and I picked up some really lovely stocking fillers that I hadn't seen on any other sites. They all arrived today, and I'm really happy with them. I received a hand written thank you note in my parcel too. I really appreciate the personal touch.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with the kid collective. I purchased a sawdust and rainbows pikler triangle and slide which arrived promptly. There was a slight hiccup with the courier (no fault on TKC part) yet they were more than willing to fix the problem and went well out of their way to ensure I remained a happy customer. Flora at their head office is wonderful, so cheerful and happy, willing to help no matter what. They have gained a customer for life.
