The Kit Area 

I ordered a Man Utd Kit and it was just about right on measurements, and better quality than expected.

i Would have liked the parcel to have arrived more quickly. that was the downside. otherwise, it was good. i would recommend the shop in the end may buy from them again in the future. nevertheless, i would like to say that the delivery time should be a little better in 2024.

the items are authentic. good quality packaging and good delivery times. the price is very competitive compared to other shops of this type. i really liked everything.

I wish I didn’t have to leave a bad review. But before the “The Kit Area” they were “The Boutique Soccer” I ordered the wrong size jersey and within 24 hours emailed them to update the size. They responded that the size would be updated. Over two weeks later I still received the wrong size. I emailed boutique soccer, but received no reply. Then I received an email saying hey we’re “the kit area” now, so I emailed the new address. No reply. I tried contacting them through IG no reply. It’s no surprise their comments are turned off on IG. Terrible customer service.

the delivery went without a hitch and within the timeframe agreed with the shop at the time of purchase. the items are of good quality, highly recommended. i recommend the shop.

speed, quality and good follow-up of the order by the staff.

The experience couldn't have been better. five stars well deserved and I'll buy again at the next opportunity.

I got my order after a month (after giving 1 star at first). It is not a problem for me. Products (2 jerseys) are really good and i’m satisfied. Changing 1 star to 5 stars. Communication could be better, but im fine.

I placed my order on may 21st. Requested the order, no answer. It’s ok if it takes time for package to arrive, but no any contacts from the seller makes me really suspicious.

I have waited for the package one month, I have not received any shipping number to follow the package, and they havent answered my emails, but it finally arrived and I am so happy!!

My order should have been delivered on May 19 and a month has passed and I have not received it. Every time when I go to check the status it says “Awaiting collection”. I have written them about 15 emails and I have tried to contact them via Instagram but I am not getting any response.

I don't know when my order will arrive if it ends up arriving. I hope I'm not forced to demand my money back.

18.06 We got the tshirts - beauriful.and perfecf quality - perhaps there should be some bluntly put info - that orders take around a month and no one would be disappointed.

An excellent place to add to your football shirt collection. The material is top quality and the support was friendly. I totally recommended this place to buy your fan merchandise.

I am going to be a regular cutomer of this shop. The items arrived in a fortnight and the quality is truly absurd. I've recommended it to those closest to me and I recommend here too.

Everything went as planned an without any major problems. The order was a little bit late, but I'm not going to kill the shop for that. I'll probably buy from them again.

I never received my shirt. And they don’t respond

Προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους, για μια αλλαγή προιόντος και με αγνοούν!! Δεν απαντούν στα email. Θα περάσει η προθεσμία αλλαγής και δεν θα καταφέρω να εξυπηρετηθώ. Πολύ κρίμα!! Μακρυά από αυτό το site!!!!
I am trying to contact them, about a product change and they ignore me!! They don't respond to emails. The change deadline will pass and I will not be able to be served. Too bad!! Stay away from this site!!!!

In September 2023 i had ordered a couple of jerseys. The end of May 2024, i finally received my package. It took almost 9 months to get those!!!
I had a lot of trouble as i was trying to get in contact with the company so many times but that seemed almost impossible.
Both my emails and Instagram DM's were left unanswered.

Now that i have finally received my order, i have to say that the quality of the shirts are very, very good.
Despite the good quality, i had an overall bad experience since i had to wait 9 months to receive my jerseys. The customer service needs to be improved because i was left ignored for months and months, wondering if i would ever get my shirts or my money. I am happy i got my jerseys, but i would not use this company again.

Everything arrived on time and in excellent condition. I will definitely shop here again. The jerseys were well-packed and even came with additional football-related stickers—a great touch. Highly recommended.
