There are some very good people there so my low review overall is not of the good caring people. I am grateful for their care.

But they are not in charge, the awful admin is. Medical care is a commercial product.

I agree with the review which complains about the waiting area in Hilly fields Medical Centre.
That review also mentions unfriendly and antagonistic reception staff. Not all are like that but the review is right about the worst!

Not used to writing reviews but I do not recommend The Lewisham Care Partnership(TLCP). I have a different set of words for TLCP.

I and my son are a patient of honor oak practice. I am really happy with the services they provide. The receptionist are patient . The midwives and nurse are caring and compassinate. I was wowed during Mrs suzzette powell visit,i finished feeding my baby& i was about to burp him but he threw up. she immediately stood up and asked what i needed she helped and i was wowed by her action. As a single mum struggling, she helped in referring me to the charity that would support with baby needs. She is really angel senr by God. I am really greatful for your support.

I'm a patient at Hilly Fields Medical centre which is part of the Lewisham care partnership. Each year the service gets worse. No evidence of management or medical leadership. One or two of the reception people are shocking with one in particular being argumentative and antagonistic. Zero compassion at this practice. Best service often comes from locums. The environmental is an unwelcoming , rather bare room. Avoid if you can
