5 star service from start to finish from Rachel Pennycook. Amazing holiday of a lifetime on the Orient Express with a Paris and Venice break either side, everything taken care of and included so you could just relax. Rachel was responsive, insightful and understanding, a total pro. I bought the trip for my husband's 60th and he loved it, especially travelling through 5 countries in 24 hours in such luxury. Just back from a fabulous holiday organised by Rachel at the Luxury Holiday Company. She was extremely helpful when booking, offering detailed knowledge of the hotels to ensure we booked rooms to suit us. The holiday itself was a dream - so easy for us as everything had been organised to run so smoothly.

We have recently come back from a trip organised by this company (which included flights to Singapore, accommodation in Singapore and a trip on the Eastern Oriental Express). From start to finish communication was excellent, staff friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with and, when required, providing instant responses and answering all our queries. We appreciated the personal touch and felt very valued. I would definitely use this company again.

Just returned from our trip to Venice returning to Paris on the Orient Express then Eurostar home. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. Meriel handled our trip and understood and organised our trip brilliantly. The hotels in Venice and Paris were amazing, the guide in Venice was knowledgable the transfers happened smoothly Meriel understood our needs as we had relatives joining us from the USA on this trip and managed the whole trip wonderfully. PS. The Orient Express was incredible!

We have just returned from a fabulous trip to Norway. Pippa McCarthy looked after us and planned our trip from start to finish and was very accommodating and listened to all of our requests and delivered. Very knowledgable. We stayed in 4 hotels, in different locations around Norway. Had internal flights, train journeys, fjord cruises and car hire and every single part of the trip went to plan, no delays or mistakes. Pippa recommended the Sognefjord in a nutshell train and fjord cruise. It was incredible. Will definitely recommend and will be booking another trip soon. Great value for money.

Just back from our experience on the Orient Express. Eurostar to Paris and overnight stay in Paris before travelling to Venice for three nights. Organisation, hotels and transfers all fantastic with great locations chosen.

From start to finish we felt looked after and all of our requirements were taken into consideration. Immediate help available whilst we were away on holiday very happy with service.

An amazing trip to Venice and then back on the Orient express to Paris. Beautiful hotel choice, high quality private tour guide and unique dining options. The train was an excellent once in a lifetime trip. Beci and team advised and supported us so well, including checking in during the trip. We would book holidays with them again
