the worst experience on buying on etsy
never throughtout the years I've had such a bad experience with buying on etsy, and it happened to be from this company.
I ordered a few items back in february 1st... come march, I still didn't receive my order, I thought ok, with covid there must have been a delay, but we're still within europe (uk to italy) so that's too long of a wait and called for the order to be lost, so i wrote customer service.
As expected they blamed it on covid, and to my reply that it's anyway too long of a wait they just say "WAIT".
I didn't wait, and filed a claim through etsy, which I won and I was refunded.
I thought it was over.
Come the end of may around the 21, I receive a package on which I'm asked to pay taxes exceeding 20 eur (on a 68.77 eur declared value).
To my surprise it was their package.
I thought well, after 4 months I never expected this, I may as well keep them.
Little did I know of the stress I would be put through starting a few days later.
On etsy, I receive a message from this company, saying etsy had told them they made a mistake, that the package was now delivered and wanted me to ship the goods back.
I told 1st, if etsy had something to tell me, they could contact me directly, and 2nd that after what i was put through i would not have spent a penny more on shipping this back to the UK, with steep delivery prices and lots of paperwork.
Once again I thought it was solved but NO!
weeks later they write again intimating the goods are sent back and that they would pay the taxes I was charged and the delivery charges.
ABSURD!
Now really, instead of growing a pair and accepting a loss they want to pay extra not to accept the loss!
On a 68.77 eur value they were forced to refund, they gladly accept to pay and extra 22 eur + i estimate around 35 eur more to have this shipped back!
And they're torturing me psychologically... after 4 months wait, packages from china take less to deliver!

i am genuinely very happy with my experience with the mysticwolf team, i recieved my packaging within a very short period as i live in morocco ( a far country ofc). what i loved the most are the small details, everything was wrapped and sent with so much love and care, i can feel it a lot (intuitive people fam) ! i also loved the products very much! and lets not forget the customer service , they were very nice and sweet and always replied to my emails right away . DEFINETLY BUYING MORE !!!<3 <3

Unfortunately because England is not anymore in EU the order needed over 2 weeks to arrive but I am very happy with my order and the products!

Easy to shop. When order was taking long to get to me they sent an email to update me on why. Great packaging and all crystals were in one piece. I know it’s hard to find an online shop you trust to send you genuine crystals. Mystic wolf is deffs one of the amazing ones I will be buying from them again

I love this company , they are wonderful to deal with . The crystals I ordered are for Easter gifts , there was a message to say due to Covid 19 there could be a longer wait so I followed it up with Them and they made it happen. The products arrived really well protected and they are beautifully wrapped , I cannot wait to give them to my niece and mom, they will love them . Such great value for money and great customer service .

I ordered a pendant, tumble stone, candles and dhoop cones and was really pleased with all of them. The pendant was lovely and set well in the fixture at the top, the candles all smell lovely and the dhoop cones smell great too and burn well. All of the items arrived carefully packed and with a lovely note about the sellers. Very happy with everything and have ordered again!

This was my first time ordering crystals and I have zero regrets. They are absolutely beautiful and of great quality. One of the crystals I received was the incorrect type but after a single email this was rectified and their customer service was extremely pleasant. I will definitely order again.
