What an excellent company. I contacted Jonathan on Friday 23rd October and we arranged a visit for Saturday 24th for what I thought would be a consultation, but he came told me what was needed, within minutes. I then asked when he could fit me in to do the work, replacement aerial and cable into the room where the tv is, he said now! I was amazed so I said yes and with a minimum amount of mess and inconvenience it was all done in an hour, excellent work and quick service and a very reasonable cost. I now have over 120 channels where I was struggling to pick up 50 without them breaking up. He was a knowledgeable and pleasant person, as was his assistant, who did their job with care and efficiency. I will definitely recommend The Cable Guy to anyone in need of help with their tv aerial.

When I moved in John came round and supplied and fitted a digital aerial in my loft, wired to downstairs, fitted an aerial socket in bedroom and supplied a link lead to tele.

What he charged was unbelievable; in my mind it wouldn’t have covered the cost of the aerial alone!

Proper genuine guy, great communication, fast turnaround and trustworthy.

An honest bloke and I’d suggest going nowhere else!

I had a problem with picture quality. I contact John because of his reviews. They are not wrong. Sourced the problem, repaired it and made sure that everything was spot on. Really nice guy, excellent service, excellent value. I would highly recommend.

Jonathan is far more than just a ‘cable guy’. He is the complete package. We recently commissioned him to re-wire our living room and re-position our TV at the other side of the room. He ran cables through the wall, mounted the TV, and fitted the cabinet. He came back twice to finish off, and it was us who had to tell him that the work was good enough as he is such a perfectionist!

The room is now perfect and we could not have asked for more.

The ‘Cable Guy’ adds so much value to any project. You will never get this level of service from anyone else and I doubt he can be beaten on price.

John came out to Piercebridge to fix a problematic TV and external Satellite fitment issue. A very professional and knowledgeable guy with a friendly approach. I can thoroughly him. Great Job John!!

The Cable Guy recently came out to fix a fault on our TV aerial and sorted it out in no time. Very reasonably priced, obviously knows what he’s doing, and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend Jonathan.

Jonathan to the rescue once again! He has been to help with my Humax this evening at short notice. He was so busy helping people with their re-tuning after the big Freeview update and wasn’t finished when he left my house. Not just Cable Guy but Super Guy !

I’ve used Jonathan a couple of times over the years but recently to install a sound bar. Nothing is too much trouble, he’s reliable, efficient, polite and very knowledgeable. An absolutely brilliant service. What made it so good was that John really listens to what you want and gives sound sensible advice. I have used ‘The Cable Guy’ a number of times as the cables in my home are old, new and complicated!! Highly recommend if you need a quality service you can trust.
