Amazing proactive customer service - thank you!
Soon after placing my first order, Julie telephoned me to say she thought one of the 'caps' I had ordered might not be suitable. My order was small and so I was particularly blown away to receive such pro-active helpful customer service. Just brilliant! I chose to purchase from this company as they were a family run UK based company - I am really glad I did. Thank you. I now hope to sell lots of my own products so I can do more business with you! :-)

Good Morning and thank you for your kind review. We check all our website orders for compatability and so Im happy we picked up on this before it left us:) Have a lovely weekend, Kind Regards, The Plastic Bottles Co team.
Great customer service.
There are many reasons why I prefer to buy from the Plastic Bottle Company. Their prices are competitive and delivery times are good, but the outstanding reason is their customer service. They check my orders and query what appear to be errors on my part. On two occasions to date, they have contacted me to ensure that I have ordered compatible items and, by so doing, have prevented me from making costly errors. For a small business such as is mine, these actions are greatly appreciated. I have confidence in the team at The Plastic Bottle Company and would, without hesitation, recommend them to other small businesses.

Good Morning. Thank you so much for your detailed review we really appreciate your comments. We realise there are so many options on the website and indeed in the industry and we endeavour to make our customers lives as easy as possible by checking each web shop order as it comes through- we often find anomolies where a customer has opted for an incompatible closure and hopefully stop it from leaving us! Thank you for recommending us too, we thrive on our customer service! Have a lovely week, kind regards, The Plastic Bottles Co team.
Very good range of products especially…
Very good range of products especially the ‘greener’ section. There is a clear effort to supply an increasingly attractive range of less environmentally impactful packaging solutions.
Aside from the good products, The Plastic Bottles Co has exceptional customer service.
Always impressed

A* service
We have been using TPBC for around a year now, initially for small orders and top ups of bottles. As our business has grown we have become ever more dependant on the reliability and incredible customer service from the team and especially Hayleigh.
We have recently signed up to the 'tailored to you' service which has been an absolute game changer for our business. The guarantee of stock and the benefit of lower prices has made this one of the easiest business decisions we have made.
I would like to thank the team for their ongoing support and superb response time with queries. It has been a pleasure to work with you.

Good Afternoon and thank you for your kind review. Unfortunately we are charged for carriage for split dispatch so we have to pass this cost on. For future reference, we can hold the order until all goods are in stock and send as one shipping fee. Hopefully this has not detered you from using our services in the futire and we look forward to helping you again soon.
